Great house, matches your listing photos. Clean, dustless bedding, and floor also clean. The owner even bought and ordered the delivery of a garment carriage during our stay. I did not use the pool because the weather was cold. The only question was regarding the location, as it is a bit far from the center. Since I was without a car, I had to use app drivers to go back and forth, but nothing to spoil the inn experience. I highly recommend it!

The stay at Felipe's house exceeded expectations. The sensational house, with everything organized, feeling of well-being and security because it is inside the residential condominium. Extremely clean, spacious house, great for those who go some day to Thermas Hot World of Águas de Lindóia, as the condominium has access that it is possible to walk. The house has everything that is necessary, I went to a family of 5 people and it was very good to rest, get to know the nearby cities and enjoy the environment of the property. Luiz Felipe's house is very pleasant, very clean and is in a quiet place surrounded by nature. It has a very well-kept lawn and landscaping and everything is very spacious. Large pool and always clean water. It has a multi-sport court with an excellent structure. The house is complete with utensils, bed and bath linens, all of great quality. Great recommendations for tours, very complete. It also has a very suitable space usage manual. The caretakers Adailza and Rubens are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The space of Claurice e Janaína is wonderful. The belt in the back and the ever present Sound of the Waters was extremely relaxing. Casa with all the necessary and well-booked amenities. It was a grateful surprise. And Izabel that takes care of the space(and left everything impeccable for us) produces wonderful strawberries.

Flávio's accommodation served us very well, it has a spacious living room/kitchen for a couple, a bedroom with TV and a clean and organized bathroom. We only stayed one night because we had a birthday in the city, but spending a weekend in the city with the great options of wineries and restaurants would be amazing, as well as being a quiet street and a great location.

Great house! I spent 3 days with my wife and we felt at home. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, the house is very large. The view is incredible, the rains are very good, the kitchen is well equipped and we don't miss anything. It has a fireplace, bathtub, and a bacaba space in front of the house. For those who enjoy watching TV / Movies, I recommend taking the notebook to connect on TV that, despite being smart, is a little slow for some apps. I highly recommend, Mr. Marcos was very friendly and made himself available for any problems.
