The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Mysig stuga på 27 kvm med nyrenoverat badrum och kök samt veranda på 29 kvm med storslagen utsikt över Siljan. Stugan ligger på vår egen tomt (5 000 kvm) i den fina byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Sängen är bäddad och rena handdukar är framlagda när ni anländer, här är det enkelt att trivas! Byn ligger längst med Siljan, med bil tar det 4 minuter till Leksand Sommarland, 8 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg.

Spacious residential area in the charming little village of Jädraås, Ca 10 km from Kungsberget. The house is located close to the lake, close to the guesthouse, close to the old mill and railway museum. Many nice fishing waters nearby, berries and mushrooms in the forest. It is also possible to rent a kayak or bike. Next door to the residence there is a sourdough bakery that is open during July and August.
