Newly renovated penthouse in one of the main avenues of Jaén. It has a great terrace of about 10m² with table and chairs, and a folding roof for the sunniest days. Functional and spacious rooms, with a simple and elegant decoration. I have taken special care to provide a quality rest, with a high-end Flex mattress of 160cm and good pillows and sheets.
