Second time I've stayed there, very good, I recommend it

The apartment is exactly as in the photos, cozy, well decorated, clean and extremely functional. Kitchen with necessary appliances, crockery, sofas, TV, tables, there are heaters in the rooms, we love the fireplace in the living room and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Our entire stay was very pleasant, in addition to Guilherme's hospitality, we had the receptivity of Mr. Edmilson who welcomed us and answered some questions about the place, fireplace and other details during the stay.

The location is great, close to everything, there is a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants next door. The apartment was all tidy and ready to accommodate us, we were 5 people and it was comfortable. The only thing you need to pay attention to is that the parking lot is in front of the building and not in the building, but it was safe to park and leave the car. And the heaters weren't working, we didn't get too cold so it was fine. Everything else was great!

It was a wonderful experience, a large house, with all kitchen utensils available. Plenty of blankets, it was very good because it was very cold, the lady who received us, Silvia, was very attentive. We will definitely come back more often.

The host Márcia was kind and helpful from the beginning. He gave us precise instructions, which greatly facilitated our stay. The apartment is well located, has a great structure and was tidy and clean. There are good appliances and even heaters were placed in the rooms, to assist in this winter period. I recommend to other guests!

My stay was simply excellent! The apartment/hotel exceeded all expectations, the space is very well organized, clean and welcoming, with all the details thought out to offer comfort and practicality. The location is also perfect, with easy access to everything I needed during my trip. I want to especially thank the hosts Daniel and Damian, who were extremely attentive and helpful from start to finish.

The condominium is very charming. Location further from downtown (near the Palácio Boa Vista). If you're driving everything is ok.

The cottage is very cozy, soft towels and bed linen and everything very clean!! very good internet!! Andrea and Sergio are always caring and friendly, we will definitely be back!!

My family and I were very well received by Leonice and Francisco, great hosts, they welcomed us with the fireplace lit, leaving the room warm. The house is exactly as described and shown in the photos, simple and cozy. The kitchen is complete with all utensils. Hot shower, very nice. Outside the house there is a table with chairs, the sun shines early, very nice for breakfast. There are many blankets, clean. I recommend and intend to return.

Excellent home and host. The property has a perfect location, away from the noise but close to the center, with a delicious atmosphere and a balcony that on winter days has a delicious sun at the end of the day. I highly recommend it. Both the owner and the housekeeper are always very helpful. I highly recommend it.

Our home experience was amazing. The house is an annex to the hosts' house, but we had a lot of privacy. Sérgio was very helpful and made us feel at ease. We arrived at dawn and had no problems with it. We were greeted with treats (wine, dulce de leche, cheese bread and a basket with towels and bathrobes.) The pool was extremely cold due to the rain, but we made the most of the hydro, which heats up to 40 degrees. There is a waterfall with a trail 10 minutes from the residence, a fee of 10 reais is paid for visitation and you can enjoy an incredible trail along the banks of the waterfalls. In short, everything was wonderful. The accommodation is worth every cent.

Armando was always attentive and responded quickly to all my msgs. The apartment was very welcoming and smelling of so clean when we arrived. The location is in a very safe neighborhood, with a market close by and some delicious restaurants when you prefer not to go to Capivari, where you can walk quietly, it's a good walk, but a nice walk. Good garage for 2 cars. Very gentle porters. I went with my husband and 3 children and we had a great experience.

Apartment exactly as the photos show. D. Edna super accessible as the caretaker as well. Location near the Centro do Capivari that allowed to do many things on foot. Cozy, clean apartment and great shower!!! Township If you stay in this apartment, you feel like coming back.

Very good stay. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Churrasqueira works well. Apto was well cleaned. I thought the furniture and the apt itself would be younger or renovated by the photos I saw on the listing. There are beautiful araucaria on the grounds. Quiet place. Dona Neuza helped us at check in and chek out and everything went smoothly.

We are in love with the apartment and, for sure, when we return to Campos, we will stay in it again. A doll's apartment, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Great location, we did everything by walk! There is a very nice cafe on the corner, we made the most of it. Very warm with the heaters, super fragrant bed and bath linens, a very warm shower too... in short, this little corner has our heart! We love it and highly recommend it! 💕
