Le logement dispose de 3 chambres, d’une mezzanine, d’une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée, d’une salle de bain avec deux douches et WC séparés. Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

My old trailer has been given a new look and has stopped in the farm's orchard. Dressed in wood, the Saltimbanque underlines its country character with its curtains and bohemian decoration. Its exterior and wooden terrace will lead you to appreciate every moment in its natural setting. Everything has been designed to develop a warm and cocooning atmosphere. Everyone can imagine having breakfast in the shade of the maple tree or reading a book on the deck chair.

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

Cozy apartment of 60 m2 adjoining our house, with a separate entrance, possibility to park your vehicle. Equipped kitchen, independent bedroom (160 x 200 bed), bathroom with shower toilet, 140 x 190 sofa bed (2 people) and 1 sofa bed 1 person in the living room, TV, shaded terrace, electric plancha, petanque court. Many hiking trails nearby, 6 min from Romans Sur Isère, 50 min from the first ski resorts, doc on the region at your disposal.

Charmant petit chalet pour les amoureux de la nature et des animaux ( lapins, canards, cochon dinde, ..) situé au pied du Vercors.
