Perfect for what we were looking for. Very convenient ski in/out right off the slopes. Very responsive host and very clean.

The house was great and Heath was very responsive and helpful. Very clean house with lots of space and great location!

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beyond the description. It was beautiful and extra roomy. We had a group of bridesmaids stay here for the weekend as we prepared for a friend’s wedding! Having a bathroom in each room was incredibly helpful for couples to get ready for the wedding. The location was extremely private but also close to Chautauqua Institution where the wedding was held. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful when booking. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location and quality of the accommodations were we’re better than expected. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was a great coffee station, everyone had private areas, including private balconies. An added bonus was the shower/body spray station in the master bathroom. Highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a place in Ellicottville. Thank you Annamae

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend here! The home is so relaxing and perfect for a getaway! Outside is so peaceful and beautiful! Not too far from the lake if you’re looking to spend a day there! Joseph was great! Will definitely be booking again!

Clean, comfortable and cozy space. We visit family in Warren and will likely go back again to stay at this home.

We had a great stay! The neighborhood is safe and cute and family friendly. The backyard was amazing for our dogs to run and play. The hosts were very quick to respond and resolve questions, and very kind. We look forward to staying here again!

Everything was perfect. Local to all our family we were visiting. It was peaceful and quiet with gorgeous views of pastures and sunsets. Loved it. It wasn’t so rural that we couldn’t get to things…we were even able to have groceries delivered from Insta cart from Wegmans’s.

My wife and I could not be happier with our stay at the Copper Top. Our original trip in 2024 had to be canceled due to unforeseen weather on our way to the Copper Top which actually led us being stuck in Erie, PA. Immediately we were offered an extension to our trip free of charge. Ultimately due to weather we were unable to make it to the Copper Top all together. Matthew, Brian, and Leah were gracious enough to let us reschedule our trip for Memorial Day weekend 2025 and use our payment from 2024 as a credit towards the trip!! Which we could not be more thankful for. The space itself is beautiful and very well maintained! Any questions that popped up were answered immediately and the hosts truly care about their guests needs! We cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to return!

We've stayed at Chad's home twice now, and it's absolutely incredible! The cabin feels like home, the property is immaculate and the pond is beautiful. This is the place if you're looking to be secluded in nature. We can't wait to plan our next trip out.

The stay at Elizabeth’s spot was great! She was an amazing host and help me as soon as I needed help the place was fantastic. The front porch was great. I loved it and her spot is far enough away from the crazy city life so you can have privacy but yet only about 11 to 20 minutes away from all the beautiful hiking spots 10 out of 10 would recommend and most likely will be getting this spot again when I revisit !

Our stay at Doris's is always a great experience. We look forward to seeing you next year for our fishing trip. Her cabin is peaceful, clean and equipped with everything we need!! After a long day of fishing, a camp fire and quiet time is the perfect ending! Thank you for offering this great, affordable place for our family to stay and for always being so accommodating!!

Our stay at the cozy cottage was great for a long weekend away with the family (including our golden). The cottage was cute, clean and just what we needed for some family time at the lake. The dock access was great and even though we were there in October it would be amazing to have dock access in the summer months too! Kelsey, Olivia and their parents were super friendly and it was nice to know someone was on the property in case anything came up. Hoping to come back again in the summer!

As awesome as the pictures are, they really don't do this place justice! My wife and I we're celebrating our anniversary early and I decided to surprise her with this cottage as it was right up her alley as far as designs, etc go. She also really loves going to Findley Lake for the candle shop, Chautauqua, etc. This was very central to all of her favorite places and the property was beautiful. driving there you pass a lot of rolling hills and farms. Then once we got there it was very private and secluded and had beautiful countryside scenery. Would definitely stay again!

The pictures did not do the place justice! The place was absolutely stunning, so incredibly clean and comfy/cozy. We were able to use the outdoor space as well as the indoor space and felt extremely comfortable! We were a short distance away from some fun active spots too!

Sean's place is peaceful & beautiful. Most impressive was how spotless the entire place is. The pride in his ownership shows & is appreciated. He is a very pleasant, responsive & thorough host. The place is tastefully decorated with quality items. We will definitely go back!

Our family had a great stay at Robert's place! After moving away from the area, it's so nice to be able to stay in a comfortable home in my old neighborhood! The place was squeaky clean and nicely decorated. Everything we needed for a weekend stay, nice kitchen, coffee makers, comfortable beds and furniture. Will definitely rent again in the future.
