Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Jan Juc

The place was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s a bit older, but everything was clean and functional. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was great, close to everything we needed. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Daves place was exactly as described. Impeccably clean. Beds very comfortable. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Spa was amazing. Outside area was great to relax in. Kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. Bellini Bliss was everything we wanted for our little family getaway. The house was as per the pictures - no gaslighting; super spacious, outdoor area was perfect for chilling and entertaining, even in winter, and location easy to get to and central. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating, and provided everything we needed. There’s a park two houses down with a basketball court and playground, so very family and dog friendly. We look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

Convenient location to shops and the beach. Sadly, it was raining during our stay but the deck with the seats made us enjoy the rain more. Would stay again ✨

This was an exceptional Airbnb stay. It felt like Ben had written the manual on how to be the perfect host. The attention to detail was outstanding—from phone chargers on both sides of every bed, to a kitchen equipped with every utensil and high-quality tool you could need. The spa was ready to go upon arrival, and there was plenty of timber provided for the pizza oven. Fantastic job, Ben—we’d definitely stay again!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Ria's place. The house is exactly like the photos, beautiful, luminous and well equiped. It has everything you need (even an office!). There were six of us (grandparents and 2 kids) and we had an amazing time. Ria was lovely to interact with and very responsive. We would love to come back! Thank you Ria!!

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. We had a perfect stay at The Nest! Hosts were warm and welcoming without being intrusive. The attention to detail is incredible and the extra touches provided made for a comfortable and memorable stay. Amenities were of quality. Perfect accommodation to settle in and spend time in. Not much to do in Point Lonsdale itself except the amazing Lon Spa and some lovely beach walks, but that is the whole point. Would very much recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway.

A hidden gem just outside Lorne where the only drama is deciding whether to have your wine in the hot tub or by the fire. Spoiler: we did both. Peaceful, cozy, and the perfect spot to live your best relaxed life.

Great stay, short drive to the beach. Spa and sauna were easy to use with clear instructions from Paul on how to use both. Complete privacy separate the main house to the back where the bungalow is Would definitely come back again :)

Such a fab little cabin and location! Everything you need for a relaxing stay and the property itself is so much fun for kids (and adults)! Our kids absolutely loved the basketball court, the trampoline and swimming pool & spa. Peter was very friendly and switched on the hot tub for me. The grounds and cabin itself are kept really well. The beds are comfy, the split ac/heater works quickly and the kitchen has all the latest appliances to ensure you have an easy stay. Would definitely recommend and return!

We had a wonderful few days in the cottage at donkey run farm. despite all the rain we had a great time meeting the donkeys, checking out the food forest and enjoying the wintery beach. Denise and Greg were the ultimate hosts - helpful and so lovely with our kids. We really appreciated their extra little touches! thanks so much!!

We were looking for an amazing place to stay for our weekend trip and found it completely exceeded our expectations. The cottage comes with everything you need for a great getaway, from the fabulous beach only a short walk or the yummy cafe just down the road along with everything inside even some beautiful bread and jams. The bed was really warm and comfortable even coming with electric blankets if you needed some added warmth. We had the best two nights sleep we had in ages. Don’t miss a chance to stay at this great hideaway.
