Add to that a woodfire pizza oven, fire pit, BBQ, dartboard and outdoor games, and there’s seemingly no need to venture beyond the garden gate.... except the beach - only 200m away!

Just 12 steps over the road is Cosy Corner beach & around the corner restaurants, boutiques and the Torquay pub only a few minutes walk away.
