House holiday rentals in Jan Thiel

Wij hebben ongeveer 1,5 mogen verblijven op Landhuis des Bouvries. Een heerlijke plek op een afgelegen locatie waar je echt tot rust kunt komen. We hebben enorm genoten van het nette en stijlvolle huis met zwembad. Alles was schoon en van gemakken voorzien. Contact met de verhuurders is heel goed verlopen. Altijd binnen en korte termijn een reactie op onze vragen of verzoeken. Deze woning is ideaal als je wilt genieten van de mooie stranden van Curacao in de omgeving en niet middenin de drukte wilt zitten. De volgende vakantie naar Curacao gaat zeker weer op deze locatie zijn. Jean Marc en Marytsa, dank voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Luxe ruime woning, sfeervol ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt is er. We verbleven met een gezin met twee kinderen van 13 en 15. Auto voor de deur en gezamelijk zwembad op 20 meter. Volgende maand krijgt deze woning ook een eigen privé zwembad! Prima locatie voor rust en perfecte uitvalbasis; paar minuten rijden naar Jan Thiel Beach en ook binnen 10 minuten sta je op Mambo Beach.

Merci pour l’accueil Ivanka! La maison répondait bien à nos attentes et nous sommes reconnaissants pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre réceptivité. La décoration de votre maison est tout simplement magnifique et nous nous y sentions comme à la maison. Nous avons seulement eu une petite surprise en découvrant qu’il fallait se procurer nous même notre papier de toilette ou les sacs poubelle en supplément. Mais vous nous avez dépanné gentiment lorsque nous avons questionné à ce sujet. Nous recommandons certainement votre airbnb à nos proches.

The Villa is conveniently located to move around Curaçao and there are mini markets and such nearby. It has all the ammenities, including all the kitchen accessories and beach towels, and is confortable. It also feels safe. The host is super responsive and when once a situation arose, it was quickly fixed. The pictures did show a grill that was not there, however that didn't make a difference in how we felt with the Villa. The house counts with one bathroom and three bedrooms. A recomendable place to stay. Just fyi, a car is a must if cosen to stay here.

huis is zeer modern en ruimtes voldoende groot. enig nadeel was dat de vloeren buiten op de begane grond en op het balkon boven vanuit de slaapkamer erg bruin aangeslagen waren. dit liep je gelijk mee naar binnen wat zonde is want dat maakt het binnen snel vuil wat ongewenst is. het ligt naast de weg naar Westpunt dus langsrijden verkeer moet je tegen kunnen. het zwembad is heel fijn. ook top is dat het zout water is. hierdoor geen last van muggen gehad hier. Rijd voorzichtig naar binnen bij het eden resort, want die drempel van het hek is behoorlijk hoog en niet heel goed voor de vering van de auto. centraal gelegen om lekker naar strandjes op pad te gaan. Eten bij restaurant De Buurvrouw of restaurant Bali is aan te raden en ligt op nog geen 5 minuten rijden van deze mooie villa met zwembad. zeer goede prijs voor wat je allemaal geboden krijgt hier. Buren zijn rustig en heb je geen last van. Fijne tijd gehad hier.

My stay here was perfect for our family trip of three. The home was exactly as pictured spotlessly clean and absolutely stunning. The neighborhood (gated community) felt very safe, and the property was easy to find. A big thank you to Arthur, who communicated with me from day one and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The home is conveniently located near beautiful beaches and great restaurants, and it's only about a 20-minute drive to and from the airport. I’d recommend renting a car to make getting around the island easier. 10/10 would recommend, and I’ll definitely be booking again. Curaçao was beautiful, I’m already ready to go back!

Geweldige locatie, lekker windje in de tuin. Ik zou zo weer hier verblijven! Fijne, ruime koelkast, schoon. Grote badkamers, lekkere bedden. Tussentijdse schoonmaak was fijn. Hele lekkere zachte handdoeken. Echt een top vakantie gehad. Hele erge aanrader!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Curaçao—clean, stylish, and perfectly located. The host was incredibly responsive to communication, and the outdoor space was a highlight. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

la pasamos muy bien, la ubicación es ideal para tener acceso a ña ruta q lleva a las mejores playas q son las del centro y norte oeste de la isla; a su vez esta a 5 minutos del centro, no le pongo 5 estrellas xq es barrio no es lujoso pero esta muy bien ubicado. la casa super limpia y muy equipada. la pasamos 10 puntos

Peters villa was great ! Perfect for my birthday getaway for 4 (2 couples). The pictures aren’t as good as it looks in real life. The open style was great and it made the inside feel like the outside and vice versa. The poolside table was great for breakfast. Master bathroom with the his and hers sinks was one of my favorites. There was an issue with one of the AC’s and Peter made sure it was taken care of within the day and it didn’t interfere with our trip at all. Peter was also able to help is with taxi service before we got our rental. I will definitely be coming back to stay at one of Peter’s villas in Curacao.

In het huis voel je je thuis! Er hangt een warme energie. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is in huis. De woning ligt mooi centraal en is ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van het eiland. Het contact verliep goed en vanuit de verhuurder was er interesse in ons verblijf, heel lief!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jessica and Clark’s place. So full of charm with every single thing you could need for your stay. Jessica and Clark were kind and responsive hosts. The location is safe and walkable, and very central to all the places we needed to get to during our visit- going to the beach, the grocery store, or walking over the bridge to our favorite restaurants! Would highly recommend this cozy and beautiful home to anyone

Great host they recommended us a place to rent a car as well was very easy to communicate with them throughout the trip home was just as described huge even bigger than I thought one day. The power did go off though, but that was not on them as half of the island power cut off, but it got fixed right away. Great vacation.

Muy lindo el sitio, muy cerca a la zona turística y al puente de Willemstad, muy limpio el lugar y ordenado, tienen agua fría en la nevera y eso es buen detalle con el calor que hace, la cocina bien equipada todo super bien

We kregen een warm ontvangst van Valeszka. Ze legde ons alles goed uit en reageerde snel op berichten. Na het uitpakken van onze spullen voelde we ons gelijk thuis in deze ruime woning met grote patio. Je bent echt van alle gemakken voorzien en het ziet er precies zo uit als op de foto's. Valeszka en Djuric zijn lieve, betrouwbare en gastvrije mensen. Ze zorgen er voor dat je je thuisvoelt in hun woning, maar ook op het eiland. Als je een zorgeloos verblijf zoekt, raden we dit zeker aan!! Valeszka & Djuric, nogmaals bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid en leuke gesprekken!

Remyson is een geweldige host. Hij is erg vriendelijk en erg makkelijk en snel in communicatie. Als je iets nodig hebt is hij er meteen bij! Ik heb vaker via Airbnb verblijven gehuurd maar de host Remyson springt er zeker uit. Altijd een lach op ze gezicht en erg leuk om een praatje mee te maken! Alles was top, de locatie was rustig en makkelijk bereikbaar. Het pand is goed beveiligd en je hebt bijna geen last van muggen omdat het hele huis is voorzien van deur en raam horren. Naast dit prachtige huis kregen we er een ook buurt kat bij genaamd Minoes die af en toe even langs kwam om wat te eten en ons gezelschap te houden. Om het even kort samen te vatten was dit een top verblijf zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Je gaat zeker een leuke tijd tegemoet en zult goed verzorgd worden. We voelde ons erg welkom en op ons gemak! Dankjewel 🙂

the courtyard was great. enjoyed many nights there. walkable to the beach. Bilevel apt with a great view. Definitely take advantage of the courtyard. supermarket at the end of the block

Marit was an exceptional host who was responsive,available and so kind to my group of 6 and I throughout our stay. From the meet to discuss need to know information, coming by when we had issues, wishing us farewell and genuinely accepting feedback to make the stay even better- I’m grateful. The villa photos are spot on and location was never too far from our list of activities. We didn’t walk anywhere as we experienced a lot of rain during our trip but it could be kind of walkable if the weather is not too bad and your group is up for it. We did experience some water spillage from a bathroom into the bed area but Marit came over and helped clean it up. Kitchen supplies are plenty for having a private chef come over. And the AC cools the areas when on in a timely manner. I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa for a girls trip.

Wir waren 13 Nächte als Familie mit unserem Sohn (4 Jahre alt) und unserer Baby-Tochter (6 Monate alt) in Marits wunderschönem Haus. Es war alles perfekt und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Wenn wir nochmal nach Curaçao kommen, würden wir wieder hier wohnen wollen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet (wichtig mit Kindern!) und auch sonst ist alles da, was man brauchen könnte. Es ist eine schöne und ruhige Gegend und wir haben immer sehr gut geschlafen. Die Terrasse ist ganz wunderbar, man blickt auf das Meer, beobachtet Vögel und es weht stets eine erfrischende Brise. Marit ist super freundlich, antwortet immer schnell und hat uns unglaublich viele Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben und stets weitergeholfen, zum Beispiel, kurzfristig einen günstigen Mietwagen zu organisieren. Top Empfehlung!

I have to say place was beyond an amazing stay! They have all the basics. Very comfortable, private place. Easy to get around. Great pool & views from the pool. Everything about this stay was great! The only thing I will say to be aware of is that ppl may come to service the house (up/downstairs) time unannounced.. and w/ the living room being outside when you first walk up the stairs, next to the pool, you just need to make sure you are dressed appropriately because you will be exposed if not. We did have 2 people on two separate occasions come onto the property.. again the living area is outdoors and that is where the only TV is. Other than that I have no complaints about this place. Beautiful home. Great area. The hosts communication was great except for that one thing. I think visitors just should be given a heads up that a maintenance worker will be showing up during their stay because of the set up of this home. All & all, I highly recommend this Airbnb 10/10 , thank you guys!

The house was incredible. We spent most of the time outdoors and the space was just perfect. Beautiful pool, plenty of lounging space in the sun and shade, huge table where we dined. Arthur was a wonderful host and personally came to meet us. He gave some terrific suggestions of where to go locally. We loved being able to walk to the beach, grocery store, bars and restaurants. After a day at the beach we could come and relax in the pool. We stayed a week - five adults. Plenty of room for all of us. Don’t hesitate to book this house!!!

Beautiful home exactly as described. The home is walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The house manager was very responsive and answered all our questions. We rented a car from the airport but they also have a vehicle for rent. The only issue which we were notified about was a minor drainage issue with one of the showers. However since there are 4.5 bathrooms that wasn't a problem for us. Amazing home and would definitely stay again!

Geweldige villa die 100% voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie in de villa gehad die we van harte aanbevelen. Contact met Martin en Diane was prettig, snel en behulpzaam. Grote pluspunten zijn: -de verschillende zithoeken waarbij je altijd kunt kiezen tussen zon of schaduw -ruimte -prachtige tuin -veranda met uitzicht zee -heerlijk zwembad -goede bedden -veel verschillende keuken apparatuur en accessoires

Wij hebben samen met het gezin een hele fijne tijd gehad in de villa. Gemakkelijke aankomst en een warm welkom. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Overzichtelijk, veilig en een groot zwembad was voor de kinderen een feestje. We komen heel graag nog een keer terug en danken Louise en Ruben voor hun gastvrijheid.
