We loved the stay! The apartment is amazing — spacious, well decorated and with a simply spectacular balcony, offering a privileged view of São Paulo. The bed is super comfortable, and both the kitchen and laundry are very well equipped, which makes everyday life much easier. The location is excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in Pinheiros. The host was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the experience. It is worth mentioning that, as it is in a busy building, it is possible to hear some noise from the elevator during the night — nothing that compromised our experience. An ideal place for couples seeking comfort, style and a breathtaking view.

Beautiful and well located apartment! Ad as advertised! I didn't like 2 things, at the entrance I took a long time waiting even after I had already checked in. I was on the street waiting and not in the enclosure, luckily it wasn't raining! I felt anxiety from the host that I should leave the apartment before 11. I thought it was unnecessary since he had already informed the rules at check-in! I said I might leave before 11, the checkout deadline, and by 10:30 the cleaning lady was already ringing the bell. Clean, organized building, great location and good infrastructure

Staying at Maria's apartment was an excellent experience from start to finish. The apartment is exactly as in the photos — clean, well maintained and very organized. Every detail was thoughtfully considered: hair dryer, iron, extra blankets, soft towels, complete dishes and all appliances working perfectly. Check-in was super practical, thanks to Maria's clear communication, who had already lined everything up with the concierge. And the check-out was also smooth — Maria was very flexible and always responded quickly. The building is clean, safe and has great amenities: express laundry, mini market, gym... and the location is simply perfect! Bakery practically at the door, in addition to Swift and Pão de Açúcar next door. I felt at home and would definitely stay with her again. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

It was a great stay The apartment is according to description and photos. The environment was clean and organized. They responded quickly and were helpful whenever we needed them. The only point I would like to point out is about the jacuzzi that was forming bubbles and dirt margins even before we used it.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.
