I felt very comfortable in the apartment. Very well equipped. Communication with Ana was very good. She responds very quickly to emails. Will go back to her apartment the next time I stay.

I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is super affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and drops you off next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking lot also helps out, as it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very peaceful and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the question we had.

The apartment is well cared for, clean and brings everything that is advertised. Sandra's support is spectacular, they do everything so that the guest has the best stay possible. I was particularly fond of all the details of the apartment!

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

Everything is fine with the accommodation, the building and the apartment are great. I recommend it!

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

María Regina had a lot of attention with us: she left us water and beers in the fridge, a gesture that we really appreciated since we arrived late at night and the markets were closed. The place was spotless, comfortable and just as seen in the photos. I would definitely stay here again without thinking about it. Thank you for everything!

Quiet stay, the staff always available to answer any questions. I already knew the region, so it was great! I highly recommend it because the view is worth it!

I went to a Guilherme Machado training, and it was great, I just needed a car to get to and from the airport. Clean, pleasant environment, very helpful and polite hotel staff. If the training is in the same place next year, I will definitely stay with Vera again!

Lu & João's apartment is exactly as in the photos. It is very compact, but for a trip of a few days, it served us very well, as it is very comfortable. Everything is new and modern, and it is very well decorated. The hosts also provided us with a crib (which was already set up on our arrival, thank you very much!!) and a bathtub for our baby, which were super useful. I think the only addendum I would make is that the shower door is a bit narrow, which can make it a little difficult for larger people. Moreover, the street is very quiet, despite being super well located, next to the mall and with exits to Pamplona and 9 de Julho, excellent for those who went out for a walk with the stroller. But I wanted to praise everyone's service. Not only the hosts, who responded kindly and quickly, but the doormen and the cleaning lady, who met us and helped with the bags. All very polite, we really felt at home. I would definitely return!

Always my first choice when going to SP. I feel at home and everything is close, apart from the ease of getting around. Jean is always very friendly and attentive, an excellent host.

The Studio was very clean, well equipped and the stay was very comfortable. I stayed for two weeks and used the laundry and gym with ease. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and quickly. The building is organized and worth the cost. I went for health treatment and I will have to return more often, I will definitely stay there again. The host Neiva is very polite, helpful and receptive. I liked the experience.
