It features a bathroom, a kitchen, air conditioning, a dedicated barbecue area with a projector screen and sound system, a lawn where children can play safely, a soccer goal, and a kiddie pool. The pension is blocked by fences on all sides, so it is safe to let the children loose. The shallow pool depth of 40 cm minimizes the risk of safety accidents when children play in the water, and since it is exclusively supplied by the water utility (lukewarm water), the pool water is not reused (5.15-9.12).
