Located on the southern slope, in the middle of a private forest with an amazing view and away from other buildings, it gives you the opportunity to relax and get away from everyday life. A two-level terrace with a fireplace and Jacuzzi, a spacious living room, a dining room and a large garden and forest behind the house allow you to fully relax even with a larger group of people. Spacious parking for 8 cars gives you the freedom of individual access for each of the participants. Local restaurants have a wide selection of dishes with home delivery.

This picturesque cottage is an ideal place for people who want to spend a relaxing time surrounded by nature and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Upon arrival at the cottage, you will immediately notice the beautiful views. The windows in the cottage provide an excellent view of the picturesque surroundings, where you can admire the scenery full of greenery. One of the greatest advantages of our cottage is its proximity to nature. Just a few steps away and you are in the forest. Arriving with your pet is not a problem. The area is fenced.

Pod Cupryną

Bacówka pod Cupryna is a family place in the heart of Podhale that we want to share with you. A place created by our grandfather, has been gathering our family and friends for over 30 years. On the ground floor of the backyard there is a kitchen with a dining room and a living room where you can warm up by the fireplace and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms – 2 separate rooms and 1 connecting room – in which 6 people can sleep comfortably, max. 7. There will also be room for your pet!

We have a new independent apartment located at Vineyard Dąbrówka. It was created to give a moment of respite, sit quietly, stop rushing, and rest. At the bottom of the living room - a seating area with a comfortable sleeping couch, a TV, and a large glass window, a balcony overlooking the vineyards, the Dunajec Valley, and the mountains. A living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. Two bedrooms upstairs. There is also an area of 5 hectares of fenced in vineyard with a pond and a large barbecue gazebo.

Wanderer's House under Lipa

The Wanderer's House under the Linden Tree is one of the first brick houses in Lipnica. Bright, spacious and cozy – with large bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and tiled stove. The windows offer a view of meadows and hills. Thanks to fast Wi-Fi, it is an ideal place for remote work. The house is located in the Island Beskids – an excellent region for hiking and cycling. In summer, it is worth visiting Lake Rożnow, and in winter, take advantage of the ski slope in Laskowa.

If you live in the city and want to relax in a quiet, peaceful, picturesque place in the atmosphere of a blissful, rural idyll, the cottage "Dominikówka" is the perfect place for you. Every person living in the countryside and dreaming of a moment of rest will also find their corner here. Outside, you can barbecue, have a bonfire, relax on the spacious terrace and veranda. There is a sauna (PLN 30 per use) and a hot tub (PLN 300 per weekend, Mon-Thu PLN 100 per day).

Relax with your family in this peaceful place. Feel like you are at the cloud level, or rather at top of a mountain with a spectacular view of the surrounding area. The outdoor terrace with a hot tub makes it the perfect place to relax after hiking. It is a year-round, fenced house, ​​76 sq m with two bedrooms, bathroom, main room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two parking spaces (one with a Tesla AC charger (t2)).

The Velo apartment / house is a detached, year-round building with parking and its own garden. It is located on the west side of the city, right at the exit of the A4 motorway and 200 m from the bike route Velo Dunajec. Apartment Velo is a comfortable place that can host 5 people. The center of beautiful Tarnów is just 5 km away. Apartament Velo is a quiet place, also great for remote work - wifi is connected to fibre optic.

Inside the cottage there is an open living room, kitchen, a separate bedroom on the ground floor, a bathroom and a bedroom on the mezzanine. The cottages are modern and fully equipped with the necessary equipment. Sauna and hot tub are located in a separate building next to the cottages ( additional fee).
