No smoking in the Casita, small pets will be considered upon inquiry. 25 minute walk to town, taxis are $3. If you come from/go to main road at stairs it should be $1. It has a full wrap around balcony and is extremely secure, with the only entrance being a single heavy oak door. Fast primary internet connection (~100mbps), backup internet connection, solar panels, and water tanks on site. We never lose water or power. No stairs for this apartment.
