Villa Atlantica is a 2 bedroom villa, situated at the edge of the village. It is reached on foot by a 200m path from the village square. It is 20m above sea level and its private terrace gives an uninterrupted 180 degree sea view over the Jardim do Mar surf break and along the coast to Paul do Mar. Facing West it enjoys spectacular sunsets and moonlight seascapes. It shares a swimming pool and garden on a slightly lower terrace with two adjacent houses, Villa Oceana and Casa das Pedras.

A 10 minutes en voiture de Calheta, Jardim do Mar est un petit village romantique en bord de mer avec vue panoramique sur la mer. Il est exceptionnel pour Madère car il est proche du niveau de la mer et la plupart de ses maisons sont accessibles par un labyrinthe de jolis chemins. Son petit hôtel, son restaurant et ses 2 bars sont proches de la villa d’où on peut également joindre facilement la promenade et la plage de galets.
