Andrés and his daughter were great hosts. They gave us great local recommendations and checked in on us multiple times throughout the week to make sure we were doing well and asked if we needed anything. They’re both super responsive and the location was very central to all the museums we wanted to see. It’s also relatively close to multiple pickup spots if you’re doing any excursions. The bathroom was very clean and the beds comfortable. It was a lovely stay!

We had a great stay at Carla’s place in Roma Norte. The location was perfect; quiet but close to many highlights in CDMX. Communication was fast and clear throughout. We had a small issue with the hot water, but it was resolved quickly. The late check-out was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!

I loved staying here. There were a few things I needed in the kitchen at first. I asked for them and they were there the next day. I had such a relaxing stay. Close to an organic food store, lots of great cafes and bakeries. Ive lived in Roma N and Roma Sur and love the area. Walking distance to many things. Evenings super quiet which made sleeping so easy an a very comfortable bed. I only have one caution ...lots of stairs to climb which came as a surprise. I'm over 80 and it was a challenge but certainly manageable especially after altitude adjustment. The apartment has windows that open, bright and sunny mornings. Very private. I'd come back for sure. This house is situated on a street that has plenty of stores for all your basic needs, it's a short walk to major commercial outlets. I was teaching at Tec de Monterrey which was within easy walking distance. I was there for ten days, and in the middle Laura had cleaners come without additional cost to me. Laura was an excellent host, fast to respond, and always available to answer questions and address any concerns I had (I had none). If you are wanting to stay in the southern part of Mexico City, this is a great spot.

Me alojé en el acogedor apartamento durante un mes y tenía todo lo que necesitaba durante ese tiempo. La ubicación es realmente funcional: se puede llegar a pie a todas partes del centro histórico y hay buenas conexiones de transporte con otros lugares. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue fluida y amigable en todo momento. Los vecinos también fueron amables. Espero regresar algún día.

This place is an absolute gem. We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect accommodation during our weeks in Mexico City. The house is situated in the backyard of Mateo‘s and Ana‘s home, everything is decorated with attention to detail and a great sense of style. The house had everything we needed for our stay, which lasted several weeks. The neighborhood (Coyoacán) was our favorite in all of Mexico City as it is safe, has a lot of parks, restaurants and coffee places (and of course the Frida Kahlo Museum) but is not as gentrified as the north. Mateo and Ana are wonderful people and great hosts. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas ganz besonderes! Man gelangt durch einen Garten in die Wohnung und hat auch schön die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Die Eltern von Ivan sind herzensgute Menschen, die sich wunderbar kümmern, wenn man einen Wunsch hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, von den Eltern von Ivan kann man, bei Bedarf noch ein zusätzliches Zimmer mit eigenem Bad mieten. Wir können die Unterkunft allen wärmstens empfehlen 💜 Was auch noch zu erwähnen ist, man bekommt Trinkwasser!!!

Una casa muy bonita, amplia, limpia y sobre todo muy confortable, se siente muy hogareña. Todo encuentras muy cerca y rápido. Con todo lo necesario para no complicarse para nada. Una opción espectacular para alojarse. Muy buenas personas sus administradores.

A very comfortable stay! The private rooftop terrace was a highlight and the space had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and checked in throughout to ensure we had everything we needed.

Ren and Mariana were excellent hosts and always responsive. Super flexible with our early arrival and always willing to make accommodations. This was my second time staying here and it's for good reason - the location, the comfort of the apartment, and the excellent hosts. Will certainly return here if available on my next CDMX trip!

Very nice 3-day stay in this sweet apartment. The location is wonderful, just steps from all Condesa has to offer and its beautiful tree-lined streets. Mario and the team were wonderful with communication! Clean and spacious, and a large open kitchen. Wasn’t too loud for us at all, as they supply two nice fans which work well for white noise in a bustling part of the city. We appreciated the wonderful artwork, which was very original and felt more like home than a lot of Airbnbs. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Mexico City's Roma Norte neighborhood. The location is fantastic -- stunning, vibrant, right on a gorgeous plaza, and super convenient. There are amazing restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and great bars all within walking distance or just a short Uber ride away. The apartment itself is stylishly decorated, cozy, and very comfortable -- truly a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Everyone we interacted with during check-in was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only thing to note is that there’s no air-conditioning. There were fans provided, which helped, but it was still a bit warm for us at night. Just something to keep in mind if you prefer sleeping in cooler temperatures. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting CDMX!

Meinen gute 4 Wochen dauernden Aufenthalt in Gaby's Appartement, und vor allem die kleine, aber wunderbare Terrasse, habe ich sehr genossen! Auf dieser konnte ich, da es die trockene Jahreszeit war (Mitte April bis Mitte Mai), ganze Tage verbringen, da sie immer gleichzeitig Sonne und Schatten bot. Es war genügend (hübsches!) Geschirr und auch Gartenstühle vorhanden, sodass ich auch Freund Innen zum Frühstück/Essen einladen konnte. Ich fühlte mich sehr ungestört und trotzdem stets mit höflicher Aufmerksamkeit bedacht. Das Appartement ist etwas dunkel und kühl, was jedoch zu dieser warmen Jahreszeit (es hat, bis auf wenige Male am Abend/Nacht keinen Tag geregnet) eher angenehm war. Das Appartement liegt im Halbkeller einer von ca. 30 Maisonnettewohnungen, die - gut und sicher bewacht- rund um einen parkähnlichen schönen Innenhof mit Sringbrunnen und hohen Bäumen gebaut wurden, in einer der schönsten Straßen Coyoacáns. Ein kleines Einkaufszentrum liegt fußläufig 15 Min. entfernt.

Excelente ubicación, se sentía la paz y tranquilidad del barrio. Cerca de varios puntos de transporte público y ecobici. Gran variedad de restaurantes cerca.

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful apartment with lovely decorations and all the necessary amenities. Adrián was proactive in communicating with us about check in and made sure he was around to let us in. He gave us tips and recommendations and was available for any questions we may have along the way. The apartment was off the main Street so very quiet but close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be staying here on our next visit to CDMX!
