The house is in a family area with direct connection to the bus stop outside the house as well as proximity to the commuter train (5 min walk). As a landlord, we will offer a fully equipped accommodation in the best possible condition. You as a guest should look after the house and respect the neighbors.

Large and spacious apartment in the middle of Barkarbystaden. Here there is good communication with buses right outside. From the nearest train station you can reach City in just under 15 minutes. The apartment is fully furnished with everything that could be possible so you can move in right away. We had a really last minute arrival and everything was made possible that we could arrive. The house is situated in a district of Stockholm. There is probably an S-Bahn, but this was serviced the week we were on site. We therefore explored Stockholm by car or always drove to the city by car. It is about 20 minutes by car towards downtown. We had a great week with great weather. Stockholm has so much to offer. Shopping facilities are within walking distance of the house. It was all on site and we didn't miss anything. Everything was well explained and we were able to use the house and sauna. A great week! Thanks again for the really last minute arrival and making it possible. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Katja’s place! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful area, which made it the perfect retreat to relax and unwind. The value for money is outstanding – we felt like we got so much more than we expected. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor space was lovely to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. Katja was a wonderful host – very welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and she made sure we had all the information we needed ahead of time. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and quiet place to stay, with a kind and professional host, this is the one. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
