Newly renovated apartment in a villa.

Now there is an opportunity to rent a top fresh and completely newly built apartment in a villa, located on the ground floor of our villa in Hässelby villastad. The apartment has a private entrance and is completely separate from the rest of the house. Possibly moved in August 15th and until further notice. The area is very quiet with good transport links. A couple of hundred meters away is Lövsta bath with nice walking and running paths. It's about 50 meters to the bus stop (119,541) that takes you to Vällingby and barkarby and Jakobsberg station.

Cosy "townhouse" close to shopping centre and brand outlet in Barkarby. You can also find a golf cours together with a nice kid friendly beach just within 10 minutes walk. Ultimate for a family to have a good vacation in Stockholm. Also easy to go with the commuter train to the city centre of Stockholm. Just take the bus a couple of minutes and you can choose either the subway or the commuter train to continue to the city centre. Also free parking! A spacious town house with all you need!
