Beautiful villa for 6 people with heated pool (end of May/end of September) located at the foot of the castle of La Chapelle d'Angillon, birthplace of Alain Fournier and less than 2 hours from Paris. We are located between Sologne and Sancerrois. The villa is suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends Nearby you will find tourist attractions: Aubigny-sur-Nère 10 minutes away, La Borne (potters' village) 20 minutes away, Bourges and Vierzon 30 minutes away, Sancerre and its vineyards 40 minutes away.

Bordering the Loire with panoramic views, vast garden level, 70m2, furnished tourist accommodation classified 3 stars for a capacity of 2 people, opening onto a 100m2 terrace and a garden with trees, with direct access to the Loire and the " Loire à vélo ". 3 rooms: kitchen opening onto living room with office area (excellent wifi), bedroom with 160cm bed and TV room. Bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet. Bike rental, loan of 2 bikes, electric barbecue. Floor occupied by the owners.

La Petite Vigne

A little gem set in a peaceful yet central part of Sancerre. Perfect for a couple wanting to explore the area and its famous wines, studying at the local language school, or the Loire in general. The historic town with its fine architecture, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Recently renovated old house and furnished to offer comfortable, well equipped accommodation. La Petite Vigne is tucked away in a quiet residential quarter with some lovely views of the vineyards.

Au bout d’un chemin, Il y a deux maisons dont une en travaux (pas de travaux prévus pdt les locations) Nous louons une des maisons d’une surface de 120 m2. Elle se compose d’un grand espace de vie en bas avec salon, cuisine et s. à manger et d’un coin bureau avec lit gigogne (confortable grâce au sommier et matelas) Deux chambres avec chacune leur sdb. Un beau terrain avec piscine et étang complète ce lieu. Un havre de paix au calme et au vert. À 15 min. de Sancerre et à 2h de Paris.

Completely renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure for walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the vacation rental. Ideally located house in a wine village (18) in the heart of Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike path. Village church classified as a historic monument. Visit the vineyards with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. An electric/hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €8 per day.

"Chez Sophie" Longhouse for 6/8 people.

Offering an exceptional setting in the heart of Pays Fort, close to Sologne, the "Chez Sophie" gîte is a haven of peace close to Vailly sur Sauldre (7 km), Aubigny sur Nère (10 min), Sancerre (20 min), La Borne (potter village 20 min away) without forgetting the omnipresent forest, that of Ivoy and its Château de la Verrerie 5 min away. Ideal for relaxing, you will stay in a completely renovated Longère, located at the end of a small communal road without traffic.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

This is our countryside house, located 2 hours from Paris in the wine-making region of Sancerre. This is a rustic family home, carefully renovated in an English cottage-style. It is charming, with exposed stone, original features, and a vine adorning the house. It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.

Pets are also welcome.
