It consists of a large downstairs living space with living room, kitchen and dining area and an office area with pull-out bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with pool and pond complete this place. A harbor of peace, quiet and green. 15min. from Sancerre and two hours from Paris

Completely renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure for walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the vacation rental. Ideally located house in a wine village (18) in the heart of Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike path. Village church classified as a historic monument. Visit the vineyards with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. An electric/hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €8 per day.

Whether you are with family, friends, athletes or workers for the week, the cottage is for you because there are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which can be arranged with a double bed or 2 single beds.
