We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

We had a wonderful stay. But you definitely need a car. The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also super equipped. The bed is super comfortable and smelled great. The pool has a relaxed size and was also super clean. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back 🥰

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this peaceful, lovely apartment. Great view from the spacious balcony. Great to be able to use the paddleboard and kayak on the sea (which seemed like a lake!) We were treated to fish cooked by the hosts on their outdoor fire grill. A special evening. Good location for visiting Paklenica NP, Krka NP and Pag Island. Would recommend (if you have a car and enjoy nature).

A great apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can reach in 1 minute on foot. It's also great that you can rent a stand-up paddle. Communication was friendly and warm. It was a pity that we only learned on the day of departure that we had to pay a surcharge for the dogs. When we booked, there was no information about it.

The accommodation is super close to the water and is very quiet. We used one of the kayaks for a trip, which is really highly recommended! All in all, very nice! :-)

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/check-out hassle-free. The location is great, 1 min to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Normally, I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

Luka was one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever had, he responded to queries very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. The property is in the most beautiful location and offered a really peaceful break. Previous reviews have mentioned the building work, this was barely noticeable during the day and certainly didn’t impact on the enjoyment of the villa.

Accurate check-in instructions, an incredible option for those who are looking for a relaxing family vacation by car . We are very satisfied , we will definitely come back

Nives' house is a little corner of paradise! The studio was clean, functional and nice. We loved the view of the beach, there were even kayaks, bikes and deckchairs available. Nives was very friendly and gave us good addresses! The only downside was that there was construction work and we couldn't sleep in the morning, but that should be fixed in July 😊 Thank you to her for this fabulous stay!

What an amazing stay. I am so happy we chose to stay here rather than in a central Split apartment. Incredible view, lots of fun things to do, gorgeous beaches nearby, lovely people with beautiful gardens in the neighbourhood. I cannot wait to come back! The manager of this apartment is so awesome. She was very flexible with us with checking in, and even helped us with something, responding within 30 seconds of messaging! The view and location are truly worth every penny. Thank you very much!

I had a pleasant stay at the apartment in Tribunj. Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. The location was great for exploring the area, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a good experience — thank you!

Super hostess - great 👍🏼 We immediately felt very comfortable in Maja's apartment. Everything was tip top clean & super furnished 👌🏼 The accommodation is close to Zadar & the airport. Yes, at certain traffic times, aircraft fly over the house. But it didn't bother us very much. Thank you for the lovely stay 😊♥️

Ivana and her family are so welcoming. The house is located at a super convenient area, there are pharmacy, gas station, and supermarket 2 mins away from the house. And only 15 mins walk and you will be in Park Paklenica. For people who didn’t rent a car like us we had a great time in the small town. People are very friendly and nice there! We had a wonderful relaxed vacation there! We will definitely be back again!

The place was GREAT. A really successful short vacation with a dog. The accommodation is absolutely suitable for dogs. The view is simply amazing, with private sea access to dreamy clear water and a great outdoor grill. The terrace is beautiful for dinner or coffee. 2 small deficiencies: 1. Unfortunately, from the 2nd day onwards, showering was only possible with cold water 2. Access is difficult, especially with very low cars, but it is feasible with a little skill. A big plus is the availability for charging EVs.

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

Andro is very welcoming and very responsive. He is very available and kindly gave us information. The accommodation is very good and it is well located, it is a strong point. We had a great time. We would recommend this listing!

Large apartment, very comfortable, with parking, very close to the bridge to the old town. The hostess is extremely delicate and kind.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Split. The location was ideal for us — close enough to walk easily to town, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the beach. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a view we will never forget. Igor was a wonderful host, very kind and helpful, and gave us some wonderful recommendations for food and drinks in town! Highly recommend and hope we can make it back someday.

Excellent location. Right next Marjan park. walkable distance to many places including old city and port. Sunny rooftop 1 bedroom appartment is very cozy with all needed amenities. View of the port is a huge relaxing point. Watching cruises and ferries. Waking up with birds, sunrise over the mountains. Love it. And highly recommend.
