Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sits across the street from Lake Sam Rayburn and is just minutes away from Umphrey's Pavillon, several boat ramps, the Rayburn Country golf course, and local restaurants. With an extra wide, illuminated driveway, there's plenty of space to park 3 boats and relax after fishing all day. The back porch has a grill & picnic table that's perfect for a midday cookout, while the backyard fire ring was designed with a marshmallows roast in mind!

Located just 2 hours from Houston, our little lake house retreat is the perfect getaway. Whether you enjoy sitting around the fire with family and friends, hitting the lake for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or just lounging on the large floating water mat, we have you covered. At the end of the day, fire up the Traeger grill or Traeger Flatrock griddle and enjoy dining out on the deck while taking in the amazing views of the lake as the sun goes down. Come on out and make some memories!

The Ponderosa

The Ponderosa is relaxing and peaceful for anyone. If you need more space, we have outdoor areas for RVs or tents. This is a great space for gatherings such as: crawfish boils, family reunions, birthdays, a romantic couple getaway or a family escape from everyday life. Come out and enjoy nature and look at the stars at the Ponderosa. Lake Sam Rayburn is 35 min., Steinhagen Reservoir is 10 min. away and Big Thicket National Game preserve is minutes away. Shooting on property needs approval.

“Hunter’s Hut” The Piney-Woods

Welcome to “The Hunters Hut” , a private, cozy tiny space in the Pineywoods of Kountze, Texas, just 5 yards from the main house. Relax on the porch drinking your favorite beverage, or unwind in the hot tub, enjoy the shared dock at the pond and use if the paddle boats. Build your own private fire for the perfect outdoor evening. Spacious for one, cuddly for two, the property is ideal for perfect relaxation. Situated in the pines of East Tx, come relax & disconnect in our newly renovated unique, cozy shed home. Star gaze & roast marshmallows around the fire pit, or grill. You can fish, swim, & hike at lake Sam Rayburn (16 min), or Boykin Springs (20 min) inside the Angelina National Forest. The Neches & Angelina river are also minutes away. 2 Comfy beds, cast iron tub, 2 patios, fire pit, grill, propane heater, A/C, & quiet fridge. Great for 4 people.

The Farmhouse

Relax on the back porch overlooking our 9 acres of magnificent trees while sipping your morning coffee or playing cards as the evening winds down.
