We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

La luz natural proviene de dos patios interiores, ideal para alejarse de los ruidos de la calle. Posee tv y WiFi. Nuestra casa está situada en la plaza más céntrica de Alhama, y está rodeada de oficinas, tiendas, restaurantes y numerosos bares.

There is also a two bedroom casita on the property. Free parking on the property. We welcome people form all backgrounds.
