On the site, the field stone walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. The apartment is newly renovated and in one of Pasewalk's oldest buildings. Whether as a family exploring the beautiful Uckermark, in transit, or for business travelers, the apartment is perfect. The property offers a bed of 300 x 200, a bed of 280 x 200 and 1 children's room with 2 beds, each 90 x 200. Children's travel cots are available. 6 people is the maximum occupancy. There is also a washing machine.

Time out in the farmhouse with orchard, near the lake

The ideal place for your time out is in a small village on one of the largest nature reserves in Germany. Three sides with unobstructed views and a large orchard let you forget the stress of everyday life. It is not uncommon to watch deer or cranes in their activities. Built in 1912, the brick house is stylishly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The lake in the village is within walking distance and by car it is only 30 minutes to the beach in Ueckermünde.

Sankt Unterholz

Sankt Unterholz is a house with 150 m² of living space and 600 m² of garden for up to 9 people in Kraatz; a small village in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park. The building, originally used as a stable, was carefully and ecologically converted by us into a holiday and work oasis and is ideal to simply unwind, work together on projects, do yoga, or simply do nothing at all. Watch the children in the sandbox from the deck chair on the terrace.

Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.
