House holiday rentals in Jaujac

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

Very nice accommodation, you immediately feel comfortable, lovingly furnished, there is everything you need, also games, books, spices, etc. Cathy was very friendly to listen to the birds in the morning on the roof terrace. The path through the garden to the pool is beautiful. Away from tourism in a tiny village (hamlet) but still everything close. Be sure to take a canoe trip. There were 4 of us on the way. I had our boys 9 and 12. They also enjoyed it. Very nice area and great host.

Great stay at Aeric and Caroline's! Incredible farmhouse in a typical Ardeche setting. Eric and his son were very nice and we would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. We loved it.

We had a great family stay at Cyril's place. This house is very well equipped and perfectly matches the description. The location is ideal, quiet and at the same time close to Aubenas. Cyril is very responsive and very kind. I will gladly return to his house in Ardèche.

Beautiful house with an incredible view.

We had a great stay at Sandrine's, a beautiful, peaceful and very comfortable house in which we quickly felt at home. The pool is really nice, including for those who like to do laps, and the perfectly equipped kitchen which allowed us to cook good dishes. The area is beautiful and there are many activities: we hiked, made via ferrata, visited beautiful medieval villages... A refreshing week that makes you want to come back!

We had a great vacation! The accommodation is comfortable, furnished and secure for young children and located in an idyllic place for easy swimming in the Ardèche. I would highly recommend it!

We spent a wonderful week with our two children in the cottage. The garden with the outdoor kitchen and the outdoor shower are particularly worth mentioning. Likewise, the wonderful view and the cute little village! The communication was also great; when we had a few questions, they were answered immediately and helpfully! Thank you very much :)

We are delighted with our stay at the sheepfold located in the heart of the beautiful Thines Valley! Philippe is very nice and available. He recommended us very nice walks. If you are looking for an authentic place, peaceful then run fast!!!

Thierry's house is simply beautiful. The view and the environment are incredible. It's very quiet and there's a nice lot around the house. The covered terrace is great. It allows you to eat outside without suffering from the heat and also sheltered from the small June showers. The house was very clean. The layout is great. We loved this house. Thierry welcomed us on our arrival. A very friendly person who responds to all our messages in an extremely responsive way! You can go hiking from the cottage. A tip: the climb to Sainte Marguerite. The 360-degree view is magnificent. A beautiful region to visit. Thanks again to Thierry for hosting us.

We had a wonderful time in Burzet. Eric was an available host and concerned about our well-being throughout the stay. The location of the house is ideal, the river is just around the corner. The house itself is beautiful! Well-equipped, spacious, super nice. In addition, the rooftop offers a perfect place to relax. Burzet is a welcoming and super nice village for a vacation that rhymes with rest and nature.

This house is very nice, you can find tranquility while having shops 15-20 min away by car. Cécile was attentive and very kind. We will be back with pleasure in this charming house and beautiful area.

We had a great time at Pierre's in Aubenas. The accommodation had a good starting point to all sights around the Ardèche (+-40 minutes) The pool and Pierre's dog Orcan were the highlight for our children. In the evening, we could enjoy the peace on the terrace while our children had fun in the pool. (From the terrace direct view of the fenced pool) The house was spacious, had everything as described, the air conditioning was great and the wifi worked well.

If you love peace, nature and freedom, this place is fantastic. A beautiful, diverse environment with many hiking trails right next door, but also further away. We explored the region by car and took several walks with the dog. But coming back was always a party, and then we received a warm welcome from Wallace, in a nice, well-kept and tasteful cottage with everything on and off. Admired the starry night from the deck chair and the last night a thunderstorm spectacle as the icing on the cake. Haryhanta provided the delicious and fresh eggs in time and she was there if we needed anything. We highly recommend it and we would love to discover more in the Cévennes at Harryhanta.

We were looking for a feeling of "alone in the world" lost in a generous nature, and bingo! All while having the comfort of a well-equipped and warm home. François is very attentive and responsive, very pleasant too. The view is memorable, the surrounding hikes wonderful. We loved the songs of the birds and the river below. We recommend it 100%!

We were very well received by Isabelle and Jean-Marie, who were present when we arrived, available to discuss and advise us on what to do in the region, the places to visit. The cottage is located in a very quiet hamlet with a beautiful view, we were able to fully enjoy the terrace. There is everything you need to cook, what you need in the bathroom, games, books... Our family stay was lovely. I recommend it if you are looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature. You'll need to drive a bit to explore the surroundings, but it's quite central to visit the Monts d'Ardèche region.
