The environment where the house is located is outstanding. Fields, valleys and mountains in incredible colors. The house is simple but very comfortable and with spacious areas. The wood stove in the living room is more than enough for the cold days and there was plenty of wood available. The host was quick in her responses and executive in resolving the requirements. We'll definitely return.

Excellent views. Very comfortable house, with everything you need and excellent equipment. It is located in a very quiet area. It has almost no neighbors and that gives a lot of privacy. Since our arrival, we have felt welcomed and in an atmosphere of total tranquility. The location is ideal, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which allowed us to enjoy and rest The house is extremely comfortable and well equipped. The place was clean, practical, and offered the privacy I was looking for. However, there were some structural issues with the locks—there were no interior locks, not even for the bathroom, and the entrance door lock was quite tricky to use. Initially, I was considering a 4-star rating, but the excellent communication and helpful support after my stay made me raise it to 5 stars.

We spent some very pleasant days. The accommodation is everything as shown and described. You quickly feel like "at home." Each space is enjoyable in its own way, from the grillboard in the background to the huge stove in the middle of the house. The area is quiet. Surely we will go again! The house is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and more! I took my parents for a few days of rest and it was a short stay, but highly recommended for more than a week, at any time of the year. Stella and Federico were attentive and willing at all times. Very comfortable house, with a well equipped kitchen. It felt very spacious and well lit. The location was lovely in our opinion. Even though it's a 30 minute walk from piriápolis center, it still has small shops nearby for your small needs. it's super quiet and close to the beach. We would only say it needs an extractor fan for the bathroom. It has a big window but it was not enough to dry it consistently. Furthermore, if you are coming from abroad, the fact that you must bring your own bedding and towels can be a small drawback. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Overall I highly recommend this spot for families that want a relaxed holiday by the beach.

Beautiful house, very comfortable, clean, neat. It has everything you need for a nice stay. To comment on something negative, it would be the toilet in the second bathroom that felt loose, but everything else was great.

Everything is spectacular!! The super complete house, it has EVERYTHING you need and more. 1 block from the beach, autoservice 2 blocks away, hardware store 1 block away. We were left firewood, and 4 jars of water. Super flexible entry and exit, and communication all the time excellent!!. A success! Highly recommended!

I loved being in Matin's house, very comfortable with everything you need. Very kind and always attentive to everything. My parents arrived before me and entered easily. Thanks to the firewood that Martin had left, the house was warm when I arrived. The spectacular tub. I would return without hesitation💯. Detail: the gas bottle ran out and there was another extra one loaded, and she also took care of ordering the firewood for me. Excellent!!!
