Kluczową zaletą mieszkania jest jego lokalizacja – blisko lotniska Chopin, patio przynależące do mieszkania (ok 40-50 m2!!!) i garaż podziemny.  Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze skomunikowane z centrum Warszawy – dostępny tramwaj linie 7 i 9. 7,7 km do centrum Warszawy (Dworzec Warszawa Centralna).

This is a studio apartment with independent entrance in a detached house. This house is located on a very pretty, quiet street at the wall of horse racing. A totally unique place. The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.
