Excellent location and friendly check-in! You do have to check-in at a certain time (between 4-6) so not as flexible as some other options. Adorable place and adorable amenities! There were quite a few rules but didn’t harp on our time! I appreciated the 11 am check out and minimal check-out to-do items to complete! Thanks for a great stay!

Great deal for the price. The backyard is beautiful and perfect for keeping a 5-year-old entertained. The only minor things is that some of the sliding doors are not smooth to open/close and take some maneuvering to figure out. Additionally, please read the instructions carefully, as the basement can become very hot at night. That is the one downside is even following the instructions perfectly, it was warmer than my 60-year-old mother would prefer. Overall, great spot though and the host was very responsive and quick to respond.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and easy to find. The hot tub was a real treat—clean and perfectly maintained. Instructions for check-in and amenities were clear and simple to follow, which made the experience seamless. The garden is absolutely beautiful and added a peaceful vibe to the whole stay. We loved this location for our long weekend. The location is perfect for a show at Red Rocks which is only minutes away. Jim is a gracious host and made sure we had what we needed, even loaning us a cooler and some lawn chairs to take with us for tailgating before the show. The house had everything we needed. The absolute highlight of this location is the outdoor space! We spent several hours in the backyard enjoying the quiet neighborhood and beautiful view. Great stay!

2nd time staying at Jim’s now. First time came with 2 other couples to see a Red Rocks show so of course I had to come back and bring my family. Located in a super cozy neighborhood near downtown Golden. The backyard is spectacular with a breathtaking view of the foothills and downtown Denver. Conveniently located 15-20 minutes from RR, we’ll definitely be back, thanks Jim!!

A nice place to stay while near Golden or for a Red Rocks visit. Hot tub was great, shower nice and hot, everything clean. May want to avoid if you have trouble with steps or drops, as there are quite a few.

Kim is the most delightful and conscientious hostess! She goes above & beyond to provide her guests with a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, horses, birds, bunnies, mountains & blooms..... just a lovely place to enjoy nature & each other.

Beautiful home… Very spacious. Everything was well appointed and stocked with all the essentials. The town of Evergreen is like stepping back in time. Lots of character, cool restaurants, and a great vibe. Definitely a great jump off point to Red Rocks or Denver. Will return!

Beautiful and historic property in great location. An unexpected county street construction and driveway blockage forced us to move which was disappointing but out of both parties control.

Great location in Arvada, near Olde Town, close access to Denver. Near open spaces. Quiet neighboorhood within an easy drive to commerce. The space is as described and photos match. Easy communication with host. I would stay here again. No issues at all.

We stayed with our 1.5 and 3 year old boys, had a very late night check-in but getting in with the instructions and putting everyone to bed was so easy and seamless. The big sectional was great for family snuggles, and the location was central to amenities and places to take kids. We hope to book again the next time we’re in the Denver area!

April's place was perfect for our little Denver getaway. Close to Golden and the freeway made it very easy to get around. The lower unit was very spacious and well stocked. Being the lower unit you did year steps from above but, we not bothersome and quiet through sleeping hours. The window AC units were well appreciated in the Denver heat. The backyard area was spacious and relaxing and would be perfect if you brought your pup. Our favorite part was the ping pong machine, we had so much fun! Would stay at April's place again.

Tom's house was perfect for our family of 7 to stay comfortably for a week. We even hosted additional family one night for dinner which was nice since they were all staying in hotels. We were able to enjoy coffee and cook breakfast each morning just as if we were at home. Very spacious home, I even joked that we would get in our daily steps because the house just keeps going. Having the garage was a bonus and allowed for additional parking when family came to visit. I thought having Tom next door would be awkward but besides check in, we didn't even see him. Tom even suggested a local party bus rental to get 19 of us to a Rockies game! Best part was being able to do laundry on the last night so that none of us had to take home dirty clothes. Highly recommend, would stay again!

Overall, our stay was terrific. The property was exactly as described and in a perfect location for our needs. There was a minor issue upon arrival, but our host addressed it right away in a professional and friendly manner, and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you and see you next time!

Came for a short stay on a solo trip and it was exactly what I was looking for. Easy access to all the places I wanted to see, nice quiet neighborhood to come back to at the end of the day. Joey was a really cool guy and gave me some local recommendations and directions. Would definitely come back!

Nicole was so helpful from start to finish. She was super quick to respond to any questions we had since we were first timers using Air BNB. The house was fantastic, very comfortable and exactly as listed. There was a booklet with helpful info of things to do around town, restaurants etc and it was so helpful and easy to use. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans - anything you would need to cook your own meals. We had so much fun in Denver and would highly recommend this location!

The home was comfortable and well equipped and the location was great. It was a casual 10-15 minute walk to downtown Golden. The second bedroom was a little tight and the bunk bed was a little short for my 6'2" son but he managed.

We had a great stay. The place was even better than in the photos, beautifully decorated and clean. This place had everything we needed; lots of closet space, pack n play with sheets, booster/high chair, qtips in the bathroom. We knew this space did not have a baby gate for the top of the stairs but we moved a few small pieces of furniture and made it work. I was first concerned about the garage door going up and down impacting my 1yr old during sleep, but we only heard the door once and it was not loud at all. We most loved the walkability into downtown Golden, and being so close to Lion’s park. Great stay and we highly recommend!

The location was spectacular, the kitchen was impressively overstocked, the linen closet was packed with useful items for everyday use. I never went to am airbnb that was so PREPARED. The bed was comfy, and the amount of locks/security made us feel comfortable. Only discouragement was the upstairs neighbor, which I knew was a possibility when booking. The renter upstairs was active throughout the night and floors weren't too thick. Contantly stomped around and sounded like he moved furniture around as well as had people over on and off. I was once again impressed to run into Mr. Kevin after the upstairs renter left. Mr. Kevin stayed in the above unit making a darn good sport out of cleaning upstairs almost all day. Thank You Mr. Kevin for your hard work and dedication and being a fantastic host.
