Had a wonderful stay at Jennie's guesthouse in Indian hills. check in was very easy. Gated community with amazing views, very clean and peaceful. The hot tub was very clean and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again if we visit the area.

Dear Heather and Ronald, Eleven days were enough to confirm that your apartment is not just a place to stay — it's a thoughtfully prepared retreat, filled with care and detail. From the very first moment, I felt truly welcomed: a cozy room, soft beds with perfect blankets for deep rest, a shower fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels, and a kitchen equipped as if it already knew what I might need. The internet and TV worked flawlessly, and having a dedicated parking spot was a real bonus. But beyond all the practical comforts, what I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood. The quiet invites true rest, and being just steps away from such a beautiful park — with its trails and riverside paths — was an unexpected gift. And now I say this: if one day life brings you to Lima, Peru, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love the chance to return your hospitality.

Great location in Arvada, near Olde Town, close access to Denver. Near open spaces. Quiet neighboorhood within an easy drive to commerce. The space is as described and photos match. Easy communication with host. I would stay here again. No issues at all.

We had a great stay. The place was even better than in the photos, beautifully decorated and clean. This place had everything we needed; lots of closet space, pack n play with sheets, booster/high chair, qtips in the bathroom. We knew this space did not have a baby gate for the top of the stairs but we moved a few small pieces of furniture and made it work. I was first concerned about the garage door going up and down impacting my 1yr old during sleep, but we only heard the door once and it was not loud at all. We most loved the walkability into downtown Golden, and being so close to Lion’s park. Great stay and we highly recommend!

I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s, Ben’s was by far the nicest and cleanest one I’ve ever stayed in. The space is pristinely clean, and very comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Will definitely stay here again when the occasion arises!

Traci was a great host and gave plenty of good food recs! The space is pretty small but perfect if you plan on being out most of the day anyway. It was also clean and easy to access. The neighborhood is gorgeous and there’s plenty to do right within walking and biking distance, all while not feeling dense and loud like downtown.

We absolutely loved staying in Lillie’s place!Excellent location and extremely cute. Easy checkin process and no issues during our stay. I would love to come back and stay for longer - highly recommend it!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The host was extremely responsive and very kind as well as accommodating. The location was perfect for us seeing as we were in town for a show at red rocks as well as mission ballroom. It was nice being 15 mins from red rocks and 15 mins from downtown Denver. Only complaints are that the mattress was rather uncomfortable. If you have a bad back I would recommend another spot with a nicer mattress. Also the train track is very close but you can’t really hear it much. Overall we give the listing a 5 star rating because it was perfect for what we needed. Hopefully next time we stay here the mattress has been updated since I noticed that other guests had mentioned it in their reviews as well. The shower made up for the mattress hands down. Very nice studio for a couple looking to get away or stay a while in Denver :)

The loft is a perfect place to explore the charming city of Golden. My best friend and I were in town to see a show at Red Rocks and had an amazing and relaxing stay at the loft. It is well furnished, beds were very comfortable and it was spotless. The location was perfect to explore Golden on foot and it felt very private. The neighborhood is safe and charming. Beth is definitely a super host! She is very responsive and was a pleasure to speak with. If you are looking for a place in Golden, don’t hesitate to book this charming loft.

Great location for Red Rocks Concert! It was very clean and included many personal touches. Communication was excellent! I would highly recommend!

What an incredible find! We split our time between Denver and Morrison/Golden, so this stay was a perfect in-between point. The drive up is incredible - it was great to have that mountain feel while staying close to the city. A very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Daniel was a great host as well, very welcoming and helpful!

We had a great stay here! We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. The murphy bed and the sofa were both comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to birds in the morning. I just wish we had more time to play the classic arcade games!

Theresa’s carriage house was exactly what we needed for our trip. Centrally located to the places we planned to visit, it was also within walking distance to Tennyson Street where we found good restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The carriage house itself was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there, and Theresa checked in to make sure we were taken care of. The neighborhood was lovely as well. We would absolutely stay here again.

Sky Studio is exactly as described and shown in pictures. Phil was quick to respond and checked in to see if we needed anything…no need since the studio was fully stocked from kitchen to bathroom. Everything is clearly labeled and the bed was so comfortable especially after a long day of sightseeing. Red Rocks is a must to see!! An easy 15 minute walk to Olde Town where there are restaurants/bars/shops and train to Denver. Would stay here again on our next visit if available…highly recommend!! Thanks for the awesome accommodations :)

Christopher’s place is exceptionally clean and nicely decorated and well equipped. Perfect space for a couple and very walkable to restaurants and shops on Tennyson. Easy access instructions given and very private.

I needed to be close to CCU and this was perfect. Close to the campus but also tucked away and private, perfect to end the day and relax. The backspace is just beautiful and the puppy dog was a joy. Shakti was quick to respond with any communication. They thought of everything that one would need and more. There is shopping and Belmar park nearby. Would 100% recommend

We have now stayed at the Birdhouse three times, and it is our favorite Denver lodging. The apartment is charming, highly functional, and immaculately maintained. Eric and Elizabeth are attentive and thoughtful hosts, and their interests and creativity are reflected throughout the property. Their neighborhood is quiet and attractive, and Tennyson Street, with its many restaurants and stores, is an easy walk. Highly recommended!
