Such a cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood that we felt safe in. Great place with plenty of space for our four teenagers! Nice kitchen table for playing games at night. Exceptionally clean with quality linens on the beds. Nice minimal decorations with beautiful furniture in the living room. Fenced in back yard. Nice area to park under the car port or out front so you’re not parked on the street. Everything was just as described. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. The host was very proactive and quick to respond. They even turned on the porch light for us bc I told her we were arriving late on arrival day. These small gestures are very much noticed and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! This was a perfect choice for a meet-up for three couples. We had a bourbon tour planned but we also wanted to explore the local NuLu area in Louisville- easy walk from the house. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms and bedrooms worked out nicely. Would definitely visit this area again as the restaurants, bars and shops are great! Very convenient to the downtown, too.

Great location since our grandson got married about 5 miles away. Inside of house was perfect, only suggestion is maybe a hand rail on the outside steps. Neighborhood very neat and clean. Will definitely stay here on our next visit to Louisville when we need to sleep several.

From the spot on communication pre-arrival to the waiting hospitality basket to the immaculate and tastefully decorated home to the prompt replies to texts and emails during our stay, I can't say enough about the excellent experience we had from start to finish. We had lots of family to visit so we often were gone most of the day but returning in the evenings for a quiet moment on the beautiful front porch or backyard was heaven! Thank you John. We felt like we were your one and only guests, ever! We hope to return soon.

This was our second year staying at the Julep House. It is in a great location that is private and very close to the Kentucky Expo center. The house is very clean and offers a fenced in back yard. James and Julie were very pro-active in their communications. They even offered early check-in! We will definitely stay here again!

Anne was friendly and helpful. She supplied so many extras that there was something in each room to make you smile, from a S'mores kit to robes and slippers, and extra shampoo and body wash. We were able to use the fire pit and felt comfy and at home during our stay.

Our stay at Becca and Alfonso’s greenhouse was fantastic. Even though we booked just a day or two in advance, they were incredibly responsive and provided clear, detailed directions that made everything easy. The neighborhood was quiet and charming—we took a walk and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was unique and full of character, with beautiful plants that gave it a fresh, calming vibe. The backyard was a perfect bonus—spacious and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The place was great, slightly bigger than I expected. I really appreciated the two bedrooms each had outdoor access so when staying with friends and you each have a dog it made things very convenient to not disrupt each other. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Louisville!

Great stay at Julie’s place. Had everything we needed plus extras in case we forgot something like shampoos and soaps. Nice living room away from the bedrooms so I could stay up and watch tv and not disturb my family. Close to all kinds of restaurants and stores as well as interstates for traveling across town.

Stayed just one night when in town for a high school graduation. Very close to the KY expo area. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay here while we were in town for the Oaks and Derby. Kristin was very responsive, the home was clean, comfortable, and it was a great location. Quiet but walkable to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place had a great deck and a great view of the water! The house was very clean and welcoming and was well furnished and fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. This was definitely a great place to stay. There was a lot of room for our family to come for a meal. They had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We would definitely recommend to stay here. We loved it!

We had an amazing stay at Debra's place! We stayed 3 nights for a baseball tournament and brought our small dog. The neighborhood felt safe, and the yard was really nice. We loved Mr. Fish & my husband would talk to him when he passed by, a very curious and interactive fish! Beds were comfy, plenty of space and rooms in the house. We appreciated the snacks and water that was left for us! Debra is very friendly and communicative! Would definitely stay again!

This home was in a newer, family neighborhood and was very peaceful and quiet. The home could accommodate a couple or a family. The yard had outdoor dining options and room for kids to play. We hope to stay there again on our travels.

Pet friendly, the fenced in backyard was a huge importance for us. We loved the location. It was very clean at check in and had very simple and clearly communicated checkout procedures. Host is very proactive and provided information before and throughout our stay.

This is our second visit to Susie's home. We go to Louisville frequently and have stayed in about 10 Airbnbs/VRBOs. There are few we really like, but Susie's is our favorite. Everything is perfect. There are instructions around the rooms explaining how to use anything that might be a problem. Everything is attractive. Everything is clean. Every thing is comfortable. They have a plunger in the bathroom. I have not actually ever had to use a plunger in an Airbnb, but it always makes me a bit nervous when there isn't one, which there usually isn't. It is close to Kroger, restaurants, etc., in a part of Louisville where there is not a ton of traffic, there is parking, and where the intersections are not difficult to navigate, which, if you have driven in Louisville, you know what I am talking about. Susie is very responsive, very helpful, very nice. The rate compares very favorably to other stays this size, and many much smaller. We will always stay there if it's available.
