My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! We could not get over how stunning the space was! The room was so incredibly beautiful, airy, and cozy. It smelled so clean and fresh, and the bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and the location is central/a convenient drive to other notable stops in the city. Lots of cute coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and retail stores around the corner on Magazine Street. It’s the perfect spot for a quintessential New Orleans getaway! We would love to stay here again sometime. A magical place in a magical city!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan’s place! The location was perfect! Close to everything we needed and the list of local recommendations he provided was super helpful. The house itself was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Ryan was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We loved Tim’s place! I work in New Orleans often, and this is one of the most convenient and comfortable homes I’ve Airbnb’d. Tim was helpful and responsive and it’s clear that he puts a ton of work into making folks feel welcome in the crescent city.

David’s place was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. Easy access to the building and the unit. Everyone was friendly. David checked in on our stay a couple times to confirm we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Location was great. Close to restaurants, museums and the trolly (fun to ride to all the sights!) This Uptown stay gave me exactly what I needed: a peaceful reset away from the buzz of the French Quarter and all the tourist traffic. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, and the apartment itself was impeccable. So much natural light, beautiful decor, and a layout that just made sense. It felt like a true retreat. I loved the flow of the space, the cozy bedrooms, and the little private outdoor area where I’d sip coffee in the morning or sit in stillness at night. Every corner felt thoughtful and inviting. Brad was a fantastic host. He was super responsive throughout our stay, and when we accidentally left some things behind, he went above and beyond to ship them back to us in Chicago. That kind of care really stood out. I see why this place is called the Vibrant Uptown Retreat. It absolutely lived up to the name. I can’t wait to return to New Orleans, and if this place is available, I already know where I’ll be staying. And you should book it too. Trust me. You won't regret it.

Michael and Robert were incredible hosts. From the moment of arrival to every communication during our stay. They were friendly and thoughtful and made our first time to New Orleans that much nicer. The space was very nice and clean and super comfortable. A/C was definitely our saviour during our stay! The area was so nice and relaxing yet exciting. Plenty of amenities within short walking distances meant you would never need to leave the area if you didn’t want to. Which would be crazy because New Orleans as a whole has so much to offer everyone! Everything we had planned to do and see was within a convenient 20-25 minute drive max. The food was incredible, the people were so nice and our stay with Robert and Michael in this incredible city just may have made the short list for one of our favourite trips to date. We cannot wait to return and we will absolutely be booking with Michael and Robert again in the future.

Foremost, the apartment was squeaky clean and tidy - always most important for me. I loved the tall ceilings, old double doors, and wavy glass windows. The historical feel of both the house and the apartment was very homey. The house itself was beautiful and the garden immaculate. The location close to the bayou was nice. The hosts were good to answer questions about getting around in the city, and provided recommendations. Overall, we were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed a long weekend at John’s place with my parents and 3 year old. Wonderful spot for a family visit. John was a very considerate host and a great communicator. Great kitchen with everything we needed to cook. Nice extra touches like games and a wagon we could use to get to nearby playground. Very comfortable apartment in beautiful, quiet, and safe part of town. Strong recommendation.

This was our second stay at Anna’s-extremely clean-pristine, dog friendly (a necessity for us), convenient to downtown via Earhart Expressway, nice restaurants and entertainment are right in the neighborhood. It’s a great value too! When we travel to New Orleans we will continue to reserve her place in the future. Thanks Anna!

I had a really great time in the home & close to everything I wanted to get to

The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay. Beds were comfortable and there was a spacious kitchen & a fridge with a water filter and ice maker, which was a bonus. All of our needs were met. An elevator was broken and there was no way to access the stairs from the bottom so that required some patience as only one elevator was operational. Property management company runs a tight ship so make sure to read all of their rules before signing on the dotted line.

We stayed at Gabriel’s place while in New Orleans for a festival. The location was the perfect distance from the fairgrounds and the hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day. We mostly ate out, but the kitchen had sufficient supplies for minimal cooking. Gabriel was very quick to respond to messages and easy to work with. We would recommend Gabriel’s place for any group needing a few rooms for a short stay exploring the awesome venues and food of New Orleans!

My husband and I had a really wonderful and memorable stay, thanks to Ian, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and even took us out on our last night in New Orleans (during Jazz Fest), which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The space itself is definitely more of a lived-in space; cozy but a little cluttered. That said, the unit is bigger than the photos lead on. There is a bonus sink/vanity right outside of the bathroom, that was certainly a plus for us when getting ready for the day/night. The location is ideal, walking distance to grocery stores, street cars, buses, and GREAT restaurants; at the same time the apt is remote and away from any street noise. We did run into an issue with the shower temperature and Ian fixed it right away. If you're someone who values a warm, local connection over a super polished space, this is your spot! Ian's hospitality is next to none!

The Syd was PERFECT for my best friends bachelorette party. We were hesitant to book a place with a shared pool space and attached units (we are naturally loud) but 110% glad we did. We ended up feeling extremely safe and secure and loved having a space that required a passcode to even access our unit and the pool space. The street The Syd is located on felt safe and was clean. Pool area was extremely cute and cozy. The unit we stayed in itself was beautiful. 10/10 and highly recommend for a group stay!
