Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Jeffersontown

The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The house was exactly what we were looking for. We have a golden retriever and this was our first opportunity to take her on vacation. It worked out great.

Absolutely perfect Airbnb! Walkable to so much and the backyard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Alberto was highly responsive and made sure our stay was excellent. Firewood was provided for the fire pit which was a great touch! Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Louisville.

The place was very big. A family could stay there. The bathroom was clean and there was shampoo, conditioner and lotion which I liked. The bed was very comfortable-probably my favorite bed in all of the places I have rented. There is a large dresser to use if you choose; I would have liked a luggage rack to put my suit case on because I did not want to use the dresser. Full kitchen if you choose to cook. I was confused on where to park due to "no parking tow zone" signs on the fence. Christian let me know those were there so strangers did not park there. We wound up parking on the street in front- which was free and easier for us. Good location, and close to restaurants and such. You can easily walk to them. We did not find it loud, but there wasn't a lot of people around when we were there. Christian got back to me within about 15 min. with answers to my questions. I thought the place was a nice place to rent and would rent again if in the area.

This was our second year staying at the Julep House. It is in a great location that is private and very close to the Kentucky Expo center. The house is very clean and offers a fenced in back yard. James and Julie were very pro-active in their communications. They even offered early check-in! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience, Ross was an excellent host. He was friendly, easy to communicate with and helpful. His house was very clean full of amenities and was very easy to find. I would definitely recommend this cozy inviting house to anyone.

Myself and three friends stayed at the Stagg House during our visit to the bourbon trail. Private and peaceful location along the Kentucky river. Perfect place to stay during our visit to the area.

This was a great space for us while visiting for a graduation. We appreciated the excellent communication and it was just a great space with room to gather and hang out. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything was very clean and comfortable.

This house was the perfect place for my family to stay during a recent visit to the Louisville area. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. Easy walk to restaurants and shops and very accessible to the bridge and city. Would definitely stay here again!

Toni's place was just as expected and was perfect for our Derby weekend stay. The backyard is peaceful with beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed watching the Purple Martins flying in and out of their bird house.

We had a wonderful time staying at Jared’s cottage! Felt right at home! There was an issue with the hot tub but he had someone come out right then and there to take care of the issue. Very responsive and flexible!

Lisa and Brad are stellar hosts!! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to welcome us back to their lovely home for our second family vacation. The house is beautifully furnished and the property is pristine. This is the perfect rental for a family stay; excellent location, close to town for groceries and necessities and not a far drive from many major attractions.

Our stay was amazing! All accommodations were outstanding. It was our home away from home with our family for the entire weekend. Very peaceful, very clean, and a great view! Jeremy, our host, was very helpful and had a quick response to any questions we had. We have already planned to get this beautiful home again when we come back to the lake!

Matt’s place was centrally located for distillery hopping. Taylorsville lake is a great destination for outdoor recreation. The house was well furnished and very comfortable. The gated community is quiet and off the beaten path. We had a great week and highly recommend.

I had a great stay at this cozy little studio in Kentucky! The space was exactly as described—clean, minimal, and super comfortable. I really appreciated having a full kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer, which made my stay even more convenient. Check-in was a breeze, and Shannon was incredibly responsive, kind, and gave clear, helpful instructions from the start. While the location isn’t the most ideal due to a visible homeless population, that’s completely outside the host’s control—and she gave a clear heads up as soon as I placed the booking, so I knew what to expect & in the end no one caused any issues. Same with the air unit—it’s a bit loud, but again, Shannon made that clear in advance. Despite being near a busy road, traffic noise wasn’t a big issue for me. Overall, this was a great value and a peaceful, well-maintained space to relax in. I’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved this listing. I was like being right at home. Loved being able to sit outside and not seeing neighbors. A little slice of the country. We are grateful we got to stay here.

We wanted a quick, midweek, night away for our 20th Anniversary. We’d had a particularly overwhelming a stressful, busy couple of weeks with other family commitments and a death near the family. We booked the day before our stay- very last minute! Becky & Heather were fantastic hosts. The house was ready, the hot tub looked brand new it was so clean, the backyard is an oasis of relaxation, and everything was just perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy! We ordered take out from the nearby Crestwood Bistro- delicious!! Just wish we’d had more time. We’ll definitely recommend Becky & Heather’s place to friends and family.

We really liked the house. Very charming. Two bedrooms on the main floor and one (with full bath) upstairs. There is a deck, with chairs in back, looking out over a large lawn, then trees. Very peaceful. A large, wrap around driveway. Lots of stores and restaurants starting just half a mile away. Very close Valhalla golf club as well. Highly recommend this one.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Wow end of May 2025 this back yard is beautiful and huge. Where the house is located is absolutely so convenient to see other parts of Louisville. We had a blast visited relatives and did some site seeing too. We went to the zoo, Old Forester distillery, ziplined under the zoo in the caves. We also had the best cuban food from Mojito Havana. We loved that there were dressers for clothing since we stayed a week. It was a very convenient location for where we were working. The neighborhood was nice and it the house felt like home. The couch was comfortable to sit relax on after the work day. It was wonderful that there were food storage containers especially since we cooked in most most meals.

Very enjoyable host. Very clean met all our needs. Will diffently book again if staying in the area.
