The house is situated in a picturesque, quiet, and very private environment. It's a great house with a very well maintained garden. Every day is a pleasure and pure relaxation! Whether in the pool, by the lake or a walk through the property, it is a once in a lifetime experience. The whole property creates a cozy break in the countryside. Not far away, new adventures and explorations await. We never got bored. We had wonderful days and were allowed to drive home with many nice memories. Thank you for the warm welcome from Clair and the warm farewell to Kevin. It was two very likeable encounters. Looking forward to next time! ❤️

We enjoyed our time with Aurelie & Fabien. The house was perfect to host our group of 6. We took advantage of the kitchen and enjoyed dinners at the big dining room table or at the outside table. If you are traveling in August bring bug spray! We appreciated access to the pool because the house lacked fans or air conditioning and the upstairs gets hot! The house is on a main road so when we would open the windows at night, it was loud. We were happy we brought ear plugs. The hosts also offered to pick us up from a wedding we were at locally for a very reasonable price. The hosts really went above and beyond. We loved our time here and would definitely come back! We recommend their property to anyone in the area looking 😊

Great stay as a whole family in this pretty Gersois area. This beautiful house with undeniable charm, inserted in its green setting, refers you to your childhood and the memories of a family vacation spent with grandparents, discovering the nooks, the hiding places, the cabinets... A small madeleine de Proust! Not to mention the thoughtfulness of our hostess and her availability!

This is a truly beautiful place; the house, the grounds, the facilities, and the very kind & responsive owners. By far the best place we've ever stayed through Airbnb & deserving of far more than 5 stars! We couldn't recommend this place more highly; it was absolutely perfect for our two families.

We had the pleasure of staying in Frederick’s beautiful country house and were warmly welcomed with a helpful tour. The house is stunning — a charming old building with a contemporary interior, featuring a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a large TV and mezzanine. A wide hall and games area connect to four lovely ensuite bedrooms, all with views of the countryside. Outside, the heated pool is framed by banana plants, adding elegance, while the barbecue and seating area extend into the landscape, offering stunning, secluded views. The house is exceptionally well equipped with high-quality furnishings throughout. Frederick and his wife were gracious and attentive hosts. We couldn’t fault a thing — a truly splendid stay.

We all absolutely loved this gorgeous big farmhouse . It’s even better than it looks in the pictures ! So stunning . A Very quiet & charming spot , in rural countryside , with everything you could want for a big family and friend’s type holiday . Beautifully renovated and so spacious and comfortable . The little town is walking distance ( although not much seemed open all at once ) , we were not there long enough to really experience it , as we did spend most of our time at the house . It’s very accessible from Toulouse , only 1 hour in a taxi if you’re not hiring a car. We managed to buy some shopping and bring it with us and then top up with things locally , and booked a private chef one evening to come in and cook . We caught the local bus back to the city for 2 euros . So it was Charlotte was so helpful with all of my questions and queries . Lovely little perks like the village bakery delivering baguettes and croissants , thanks to her help . Can’t recommend enough 10/10

Had a great stay as 11 Adults, 1Teenager and 9 under 9’s. Plenty of rooms to be able to easily divide up. All loved the swimming pool. Ate outside all week, easy to get the food out and plates back in by using kitchen window as a hatch. Large open space for ball games, throwing games and running games. Hammock was a success. Loved walking into the village to get bread before breakfast. All in all a brilliant week, Thank you.

Very pretty, functional cottage. Despite the rainy weather, the thinning allowed some to enjoy the pool. I think we will be returning next year. Thanks for allowing us this weekend with friends.

Very good stay, the accommodation is impeccable and Élise is welcoming and pleasant. The environment is very calm and warm.

Very nice that there are 2 cottages next to each other when you go with your family. Swimming pool very nice, very quiet area. Mss a little more comfortable in the kitchen because with 5... mss once cupboards with a good smell because smoking a bit musty... even with small children a bit dangerous around the swimming pool, deep abyss and no fence. Ping pong table was a very nice extra! We had a fantastic week!

We had a pleasant stay at Lucie's. We were 6 adults and 4 children, everything is thought out and equipped for such a large number of guests. guests. The children (7, 5 and 4 years old) were delighted by all the activities available to them (trampoline, swimming pool, table tennis, many games available). We didn't have the opportunity to meet Lucie but she was very responsive in our exchanges. Thanks again! And have a safe trip back home!

We had a great weekend, in a great place. The pool was great, the different terraces super well located. It had everything we needed without a problem. We had the essentials, simple, easy, in a nice, quiet environment. Just perfect for having a good time without a headache

Staying at this stunning property & beloved family home was a total privilege. Fabienne is utterly attentive, warm, hospitable & goes out of her way to make your holiday unforgettable. The presbytery is cavernous & chic, but rustic & homely too & even though there were ten of us, there's plenty of space both inside & outside to escape with a good book. Hard as it was to tear ourselves away from the extensive wrap around terraces & large pool, we had excursions to 'plus beaux' villages & wonderful night markets in Nerac, Lectoure, Forces and a lovely local gem in Francescas. Not only was Fabienne the most generous of hosts, she also came to our rescue & arranged an appointment with an emergency doctor for our children on a French Bank Holiday - no mean feat, but hugely appreciated. The Presbytery was the most well-stocked AirB&B we have ever experienced - the overall experience was perfect in every way. This is a very special home with a big hearted host. Would return in a heartbeat.
