It is only 28 minutes to the E45 and you can reach the nearest shopping facilities in Rødding and Gram in 10 minutes. The nearest towns are Jels which offers a beautiful swimming lake, Ribe which is the oldest town in Scandinavia and Haderslev which is a very beautiful historic town.

Enjoy the tranquility of our old farm Thors, which dates all the way back to the year 1630, idin own renovated apartment, with its own entrance. Separate bedroom,Well-equipped kitchen. Close to nature, the beach and the shame bank. With only 10 min drive to Kolding city center. Easy to and from the highway, about 10 km. Possibility to experience Kolding and the beautiful nature with walking and hiking around Skamlingsbanken. A trip to Hejlsminde is also recommended. Good bike paths right outside the door, which goes all the way to Kolding.

The 110 sqm with living room, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms with sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people, is furnished in a bright and friendly way, and is suitable for both holidays and work-related stays. 15 min to Kolding city center 8 min to E45. 15 min to Christiansfeld. 45 min to Legoland. 1 hour drive to Odense.

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Tinyhouse on our little farm.

Velkommen på landet. På Gården, har vi vores tinyhouse, her er plads til 2-3 personer, efter velvilje. Der er garage og bålplads, man kan købe morgenmad for 20kr pr pers og aftensmad for 40kr pr pers, varsling er nødvendigt. Vi kan også hjælpe med tøjvask. Vær obs på, at der endnu ikke er bad og toilet ude ved vognen, så man skal ind i huset og bruge vores toilet og bad, prisen er sat herefter. Vi har hunde!

The apartment is on street level, the house is located in a quiet neighborhood. On the garden side there is a view of fields and forest. The garden and terrace can be freely used by tenants. Free parking in the yard or on the road. The house contains the apartment below as well as 3 double rooms on the 1st floor, which can be rented individually or together. A locked room for bicycles can be provided.

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day.
