Welcome to a nice, quiet area close to everything. The forest, Tivoli, local shops and grocery stores are all nearby. The light rail stops 5 min. from here. It will quickly take you downtown. You can also walk to get there. The apartment is in the basement with a private entrance, bathroom and (small) kitchen. Our laundry room is in the basement, but we will coordinate in advance if we need to use it (only relevant for longer stays). Fast Wifi and easy access to the highway. Free parking.

The apartment is close to Brabrand lake as well as the city of Aarhus. There is parking space in the driveway on the left . The owners live on the 1st floor but there is a separate entrance. No smoking

The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses as well as a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde Skole). Lovely viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10min walk from the house.
