we had a few issues but Jeremy kept in touch and resolved the issues he also refunded 2 night's which was a significant amount and I really appreciate that professional action. I would definitely stay there again and will definitely spread the word 5 star treatment all the way!!

The house was spacious and I love the layout of the house! It was very peaceful and quiet. The GPS directions took me on a lot of twist and turns to get to the house but once I learned the neighborhood, I found a better way to get through the neighborhood to make it to the house. I hate the weather was good enough for us to get in the pool, but we enjoyed the patio and grill.

This house is wonderful!! Updated everywhere on a beautiful modern style. Beds and pillows and blankets were so comfy and I’m pretty picky! This house inspired me to want to renovate mine! My kids loved the pool and hot tub the most. Playroom upstairs was fun too. I cooked a large meal and the kitchen was the best stocked rental kitchen I’ve ever seen. Full spice cabinet, every utensil, pan, bowl, tray, and serving dish you’d ever need as a chef. The host Brooksey was amazing to work with. She was over the top responsive and helpful over every little thing. I felt to well taken care and she is just a super sweet lady! I’m so glad we chose to rent here and we would love to come back.

We gathered with another family for a graduation celebration and found this peaceful home to be worth every penny. The only suggestion we had was concerning the multi- leveled living room-dining areas, which seemed to be a hazard that would be better navigated if marked. The pool was clean, bathrooms were luxurious, and living room area was spacious and inviting for entertaining guests. The exterior patio had plenty of seating, a large backyard for the kids to run, and was well- lit for night time chats with the family. The peaceful neighborhood invitated long walks with gorgeous aged trees. We were tremendously satisfied with our stay!

Very nice home Using the TV was confused

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for celebrating my teenagers birthday party — clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The pool was definitely the highlight and kept the kids entertained for hours. Everything was well-maintained, and the host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend this place for families or groups looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Our stay was super enjoyable! This home is beautifully laid out and functional for our family trip. The kitchen was so organized with labels on the cabinets and drawers making it easy to find what we needed in a flash. The time passed too quickly but we’ll certainly look to book again! The Tikihut was a good time. Stayed for work for a week and the home was comfortable and quirky... would stay here again. only suggestion is to get a blender in there.. must tiki hut have blenders🤣🤣 . Love the place and 10 out 10 recommend Tiki Time 🫡🤙

The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were toys for kids, a pack and play and a chair for feeding a baby. We did not use the dishwasher because we could not figure out how to use it. The kitchen had lots of condiments for our use. The house is on the corner and the driveway and garage are available for parking. The garage was convenient as it rained during our three day stay.

The house was perfect for what we needed! Great location and Melody was super responsive and even gave us suggestions on what to do if it was rainy!

Neighborhood was excellent. Hosts were responsive and helpful. House was as shown/described - lovely. Beds very comfortable! Park and pond with walking sidewalks just steps away from the house were a huge benefit for us. Great stay.

We needed a place for the week for a National Speech and Debate tournament at ORU. We literally needed a place to sleep and shower because the schedule is packed. This little gem was perfect. It is so quaint and put together. It had everything our family of four needed. It's been remodeled so everything felt homey. They had little extras in the pantry in case you forget anything like toothpaste. There's laundry in the basement and we definitely needed it! The kitchen was just what we needed, including a coffee/tea station. The only drawback was one of the beds in the 2 bed room was kind of sloped because of the floor. But, it was easily fixed by placing a book under the 2 legs . It's an older house so there's a little sloping throughout BUT the hardwood floors are amazing. I'm super happy those were saved during the upgrades! Such a gem! Getting to the neighborhood is a little weird at first but just Google map it and you'll get there.

Great host and place as always

I saw Tulsa and expected to be in a downtown neighborhood. was pleasantly surprised upon arrive that it was out into the country more, but still very close to everything. the house was beautiful, and the host was very thoughtful.

Very satisfied with our stay. The place was very clean an cozy. Loved the modern theme. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This was our first time using Airbnb and our experience was amazing! From the very beginning I was able to easily communicate with Victor and Adriana who were very accommodating. I would easily recommend this place, if i had a third thumb I would give them that too, Thank you for our lovely stay!

Super cute, cozy and private. Loved the garage door opening out into the courtyard. Plenty of yummy restaurants to drive or walk to. Mother Road Market is just west across Lewis and is well worth checking out. Guy is a wonderful host. Very friendly and responded quickly to messages and questions I had. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay at Johnathan’s. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and was the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring Tulsa. Relaxing, inside and out, set in a nice quiet neighbourhood with cute park only walking distance away this house ticked all of our boxes (and the bed must be one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in). We would definitely stay there again should we get another opportunity to visit Tulsa!

Felt right at home! Loved the hot tub and how easy it was to get around to different areas in Tulsa. Noah was a great host, very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The kids especially loved the pool—it was perfect for relaxing and having fun. The neighborhood is great, with a park just down the street and a big walking loop where you’ll see lots of friendly people out and about. We definitely recommend checking out The Gathering Place—it’s an amazing spot for families. We'd happily stay here again!

Jennie’s house was perfect for our group! The location, size, and price were right for booking and the actual space over delivered! It was immaculate, parking was great, and the space was exactly what we needed! If needing a pet friendly, 2 bedroom space in Tulsa I would recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful home in a great location!! Loved having all the amenities and pet friendly! Charles was very helpful and informative! Only downfalls were the hot water heater had went out, but my husband was able to fix it. The beds could use an upgrade to softer mattresses as well, but overall a wonderful stay w plenty of space! Thanks for sharing your home!! Definitely recommend!!

Rachel made us feel welcome from the time of booking until our departure. It was a Ritz Carlton experience. Upon arrival the home was clean and had a welcoming smell. The furniture was quality, nicely arranged and comfy, allowing us to feel at home. The home was stocked with all of the necessities that you might need from quality body soap, hand soap, kitchen essentials, loads of board games, books, outdoor games, Wi-Fi and so much more. My family enjoyed our stay and got some quality time together. The home was perfect. You can tell that Rachel and Rick enjoy hosting their home and are awesome at it. My family truly had an awesome time. Thank you for making our reunion a memorable experience. Hope to visit again in the future. We left inspired as we all headed to our destinations.
