In Gwangyang Monguljae, a small house in the countryside where you can feel the atmosphere of the countryside, you can experience a walk in a quiet rural neighborhood. Monguljae was a house built by my parents in 2021, from the square crooked land that huddled in the hinterland. On March 1, 2024, I opened the annex that I had envisioned as Sarangchae from the time I first designed it as an Airbnb. Recommended for those who want to enjoy the convenience of a pleasant accommodation while enjoying the sensibility of a country house in ⭐️nature at the same time.⭐️ On December 1, 2025, we completed the renovation of the terrace and deck to make Monguljae even more lovable. We've added a teaspoon of the feeling of a cabin in a small forest.🍂 We carried out construction work on the entire terrace and deck to create a barbecue area where guests can enjoy the outdoor atmosphere while minimizing the impact of wind and rain. Another highlight is the beautifully tidy yard after three weeks of construction work! A wall was built between the main building and the annex, transforming it into an even more independent space.☺️

'A day like a gift' is an experience-type accommodation located in the forest at the top of Domaryeong (700m above sea level) in Minjujisan, Yeongdong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. We have remodeled a wooden house (Dalbat House, 2005) and a family-built earthen house (So Young Hall, 2006) for our elderly parents, so that only one team of guests can stay in the entire house. Recently, a tree house (Wol Forest House, 2024) was built on a 6-7 meter-high Japanese cedar tree in the Wol Forest, and this can also be experienced for free. The experience is divided into traditional cultural experiences and ecological experiences, which are offered in a variety of paid and free experiences. The mud house was built with wood, earth, and stone from the moon field, like the mountain village of our ancestors. You can experience lighting a fire in a traditional house, where you can feel the wisdom of a house that is cool and warm. The words 'A day like a gift' are engraved in the merchant room of the mud house. We will try to give everyone who comes here a simple gift called 'a day like a gift'.

Hanok Stay “Hwaeng (Flower Response)”

Hwaeng is located in the middle of Jeonju, in Taepyeong-dong, Wansan-gu. Taepyeong-dong was the center of transportation and commercial district with the first Jeonju Station and Yeoncho Manufacturing Building in the past, and it was built in 1969 with 50m2 in the residential alley, a village of merchants, utilizing the flood and geography at that time. Nowadays, the buildings of the past are disappearing and apartments and modern buildings are being built, but Hwaeng () was designed as a private stay for reflection as it was at that time. The name "Hwa-yeong" was created by comparing the flower that lives between the asphalt and concrete buildings to a flower blooming in the asphalt. In order to embody the flower that runs through Hwaeng, it is expressed concisely and clearly without losing the balance of yin and yang, and the beauty of symmetry and modernity, based on the materials that embodied the image of the Korean flower in the past. [Naseojin Hanok] In February 2022, we added a new jacuzzi to our Naesejin Hanok. We prepared it so that you can feel the open-air bath, and added a hot water maintenance device so that you can use the bath without being cold even in the middle of winter. The exterior looks like an old country house, but the interior is designed to avoid any inconvenience. It is a space that can only be used by one team of guests who have made a reservation, and it is a space where you can take a short break and go, so I think it would be nice to come. Nearby, Songhyunbul Meat, which appeared in the Three Heavenly Kings, is a 3-minute drive away, and There are downtown and Gomtang Street, so there will be no big inconvenience when you eat or shop. Things to note * This is a space that I share with my children. Therefore, please do not smoke in any space other than our accommodation.
