It has ample parking, free for a large car or four motorcycles. From 01-01-2026, only vehicles with at least a B card will be able to access the parking lot, and from 01-01-2027, only vehicles with a ZERO or ECO environmental card will be able to access the parking lot, or they will have to park in a nearby public parking lot.

Nice apartment on the second row of the beach. It is newly renovated, with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and feeling the sea breeze every morning. It consists of a large bedroom with a 1.50m double bed, a living room with a 1.35m double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. Has Wi-Fi The apartment is on the ground floor of a small development on one of Rota's main leisure and restaurant avenues.

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.
