Rosedale Retreat

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Welcome to your Columbus getaway! Important things to know: -The pool is not heated, and water temperature depends on the weather. It is typically open from Memorial Day (May 31) through Labor Day (September 6), weather permitting. -Maximum occupancy is 9 guests at all times, including visitors. -Because the home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted. -Quiet hours must be respected so we can remain good neighbors.

Enjoy the peaceful countryside just 15 minutes off of the outer loop of Columbus. We have a seperate guest house on our small farm with a king size master suite and queen bedroom. This guest home is completely private from the main residence and is the perfect ambience for peace and quiet. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
