Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Jersey City

Andy's place was lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated, with really comfortable furniture (the bed gets top marks), well stocked, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and the back patio was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Andy was lovely, friendly and thoughtful. Commuting into the city was easy either by bus or Lightrail to the PATH. It was a perfect spot for us while we were having work done in our place. We'd definitely stay there again.

Raunak's place is a great deal and we had an amazing stay for a couple of nights. The entire apartment was really clean, a nice pull out couch, and had all of the amenities you could want (clearly labeled too). Location was also great - a 15 minute walk to Grove St PATH and near by convenience stores. Note that noise could be heard from upstairs but it's quiet at night and overall a really positive experience in Jersey City, would stay again.

Mark is an extremely responsive host. The cottage was quaint and had exactly what we needed for our stay. It was clean, and he was proactive about communication with us as well as responsive when we had questions. The area has lots of great restaurants but is still safe and quiet. We will absolutely be back as I visit the area often. Five star review!

Bob's Place was perfect for our family of 3. We were very impressed by the cleanliness, aesthetic, and accommodations. We felt right at home and wish we could have stayed longer. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival, the space seemed larger than in the photos. Bob was very attentive and quick to reply to any questions and/or needs. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Mengli's place. Tons of nearby options for food, shopping, etc. On a peaceful, shaded street. felt right at home. Parking garages nearby.

Mary Jeans home was beautiful. Convenient location for what we needed for the weekend. Mary Jean was an extremely responsive and helpful host. She went above and beyond to help accommodate us. I would highly recommend this Airbnb airbnb to anyone needing a place to stay in Jersey City. Thank you for helping to make this wedding weekend extra special.

Fantastic Stay in Jersey City – Great Location & Wonderful Host! I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Jersey City! The apartment was stylish and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring both Jersey City and Manhattan. It’s just a 12 minute walk to the light rail station. There were also plenty of local spots nearby for daily essentials. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. They made everything easy and were a pleasure to communicate with. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It was a perfect home base, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Nancy was a great host. Noticed a few issues from previous renters but Nancy put them right straight away. Very friendly, Very welcoming and an amazing host. Nancy made our 12 day stay feel like a second home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute.

We had a wonderful stay at Jessie's place. We were looking for a good central location for visiting family in New Jersey, and somewhere that wasn't too far from an NJ Transit station to get into New York City, and Jessie's place was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The bed was truly one of the comfiest I've ever slept in! The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and peaceful. Jessie is an 11/10 host. We had a rental car for the week and she would text every day to let us know where we could park each night so that we didn't have to look for parking. We also needed to check in late, and Jessie was quick to accommodate us. She was always quick to respond if we had any questions, and always gave helpful, detailed answers. She was so sweet and really made sure that we felt comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back! Thank you, Jessie!

Terence was a great host; friendly, reached out and promptly answered a question that I had which proved to be quite helpful. The Airbnb was clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed staying in Hoboken; it’s a nice city in its own right with brownstones, lots of restaurants and the river walk which provides a great view of NYC.

Sergio provided a wonderful place to stay for family vacation. He was willing to meet to give a residential tour and explain how to keep the space clean and functional during the week we were with him. He provided eggs, orange juice, bagels and cream cheese as well as a key for access in and out of the shared family home between him, his mother and kids. The residence has a charm to it.

Josh was a wonderful host. Very responsive and accommodating to all inquiries. Check-in instructions are clear and detailed. We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It was clean, comfortable and full of amenities as described in the listing. The neighborhood was safe, walking distance to bus station, nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Accessible to Newark Penn station by 15mins. walk. Overall great experience! We highly recommend this place!

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . Thank you Anthony for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home

This space was comfortable for our intergenerational family’s visit to NY. The walk to the Path trains made getting to and from NYC very convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and the space is just as lovely as the pictures show. Do note there is a steep flight of stairs right as you enter the Airbnb. Overall, it’s a much better choice than pricey NYC hotels and the full kitchen is great for preparing meals and snacks to save on food costs! We all loved this place!
