Miranda's place is really quiet. Her and her family have been very welcoming and shared good recommendations for restaurants nearby. I totallly recommend it for a relaxing weekend !

2 couples travelling. We were more than happy with this property, spacious, clean, great location, private parking, lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, responsive owners, small garden but plenty of comfortable seating & a BBQ, it felt like a loved home. We would definitely book this again.

Wonderful house, spectacular location by the sea, our kids appreciated the children’s book collection greatly, and communication with the hosts was great too. Lovely stuff!

Wow .. this is an incredible beach house. Gorgeous quirky designer touches. 20 steps from a golden sandy beach. With 2 little ones we particularly loved the safe enclosed garden and the additional touches the hosts laid on for our needs. One to come back to again and again. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We will definitely be back!

What wonderful hosts, from start to finish warm, friendly people who engaged me with their knowledge of the island offering suggestions for dining options and places to wander round , the accommodation was one of the best I have stayed in, own bathroom was excellent too, bed was really comfortable after a day’s walking, tourist information contained in the bedroom was quite beneficial to me, all this and only stones throw from the beach, the whole family were very friendly which made the holiday mood special, the breakfast table in the morning was enough to keep my spirits going for many hours, transport was close by too, plenty of local buses, into St Helier and beyond, I would certainly recommend Kelly and Simon Airbnb to anyone that wants a really good base to visit the island

We loved our stay at this property. The house was immaculate and recently upgraded throughout. There was plenty of space, with four proper bedrooms plus a dedicated kids’ playroom. The house is in a very quiet cul de sac that backs onto a farmer’s field. Bridie, the host, was also extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at the property again

We really enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s house. It’s in a great location, in walking distance to some great restaurants and just over the road from the beach. The accommodation itself is brand new and spotless, with everything you need for a great stay. There’s fabulous sea views from the upstairs lounge and the little balcony at the back and the kids especially enjoyed the welcome gift! Thanks so much!

We couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate my parents' Golden Wedding Anniversary. The property really is a very special place, in a stunning location. And Claire couldn't have done more to make our stay both easy, and memorable - communicating clearly right through our stay, and going above and beyond to add personal touches for our family celebration. The photos of the property are lovely, but arriving and exploring the house for the first time was really breathtaking. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped, the bathrooms pristine, and the bedrooms all sizeable and extremely comfortable. The master bedroom especially with its impressive stone wall and views out to the sea is beautiful. The area is blissfully remote, whilst still barely 10 minutes to any amenity you could need. But the big draw, and the reason we'll return, is the sweeping view of the sea and spectacular sunsets enjoyed on the West of the island. This really is a very special place, with a wonderful host.

This place is fab. It’s exactly like the description, a large family house with great spaces for all. The downstairs is almost all open plan with a great boot room/ toilet. Upstairs it’s four beds, one en suite and one other bathroom. There is loads of outdoor space for relaxing or for the kids to play. It’s in St Peter’s so 10/12 minutes into St Helier and less than 10 minutes from the airport. Super location and a great host

We had a lovely Easter family weekend in Jersey staying at the officers quarters. Unbeatable location a few steps from the beach, and a lovely characterful and spacious building. We hope to visit again!

Our family of four (two adults, two children), thoroughly enjoyed our trip and stay at Jersey. We have been before and stayed in a hotel but wanted something of our own where we felt at home. Chris' accommodation was great and just as described / hoped. Great location, great space, clean and tidy etc. It truly felt like a home from home. The cats were no trouble at all and our two children loved them dearly (our daughter even asked if she could bring Raffa home in her suitcase!). Chris was also very helpful and provided us with some recommendations for places to visit which was appreciated. His communication throughout was also great and he was very accommodating. Thank you Chris for a lovely stay in a lovely place. We hope to be back in Jersey next year and if your place is available again, would love to stay again.

The cottage was generally excellent. Victoria was an excellent host.

We had a lovely stay with our grandchildren at this spacious and well equipped house. The property was very clean, with comfortable beds in the two double and one single bedrooms and two large comfortable sofas in the lounge. A large fully equipped kitchen. Lots of tech provided and plenty of tvs with Sky, Netflix and Apple available . A lovely basket of toiletries provided in family bathroom. Thoughtfully milk, tea and coffee were provided by Tim (very helpful for when you arrive). The property is easy to find in a very quiet residential area of St Clements and is only a few minutes walk from a Co-op and the beach. Tim is a very good host and easily contactable if needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property. Would stay here again if we come back to Jersey.

This place suited us brilliantly: close to a beach for walking the dog, near to two bus stops and three small supermarkets (M&S, Waitrose, Iceland) and a Newsagent, plus a little playground opposite so I could watch the kids whilst making food! The house is more than just a place to put your head down, as it has plenty of space in each room, lots of toys and books for the kids to use (especially if you like lego!), a safe garden for the dog to roam, and a TV with free view and Netflix! We had three generations staying and we all found it worked well- a big table for us to eat together, and enough room to stay out of eachother's hair! Thankyou Ryan

The place is really well located, 10-15 minute walk to the centre of St Helier, with public transport, nice parks and a Co op all in close proximity. we just about to managed to squeeze our 2 reasonably large cars in the garage which is very ideal for the centre of St Helier. The place is equipped with all the essentials and was clean. Check in was easy and the host communicated well throughout. The only criticism was the mezzanine bed was not there, so some of us had to sleep on the sofa bed in the chalet

Lovely house, everything we needed and more (like a quick meal to cook when we first arrived and a table tennis table!). Short walk to town (bit slower getting home up the hill) and really close to everything we could want. Views amazing. Ben very responsive and all went well.

This was just a spectacular place to stay. It was absolutely idylic, with all a family could need. We had sensational weather and the outdoor area was just phenomenal. The host kindly left the villa fully equipped for our toddler and middle aged child who very much took advantage of the inflatables, garden swings, trampoline, toys and books. The outdoor space was so enjoyable and comfy and the swimming pool, just bliss for the 29 degree weather we had. The house was well stocked, relaxed and the perfect place for our family. The host was very responsive, thoughtful and considerate and we just couldn't be happier with our stay. It exceeded all expectations and was just so conveniently located for amenities, the beach etc. The garden was utter bliss, the lounge was fanily friendly and comfy with style but not austentatious so you could fully unwind and settle in. We were thoroughly impressed with this accommodation and the host. Just remarkably wonderful in every way.

We had a great stay at Kelly's place. It is very spacious (a lot more space than the photos show) and has everything we needed for our stay. It is just a 5 minute walk to the town centre and has a local grocery store on each corner so ideal for essentials. I would definitely stay there again! Lovely new house in an ideal central location for everything on Jersey! Great to have a parking space so close to the house and a bus stop / M&S / pub / etc in the village. 5 of us stayed (2 children) and there was plenty of room for us to eat in the kitchen and sit in the sitting room (not that we had time to sit in the sitting room with our action packed week!) Sophie was a lovely host with flowers, eggs, milk, bread waiting for us on arrival which was very welcoming. Sophie responded very quickly to all messages and was really helpful when arranging our stay. I also have to mention the amazingly erudite bookshelves which contain a huge range of fascinating books! (The only reason for the 4 stars on finding the house was that the taxi driver from the airport didn't have a clue where it was nor did he have sat nav (!) and the main road into St Johns was partially closed at the time of our stay which made things a bit trickier)
