I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. This place is one in a million because it is a reflection of an authentic , organic and natural Sardinian experience . No frills , no excess and very minimalist with the most spectacular and beautiful surroundings. Cannot go wrong staying here . We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood only about 5 min walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can be perfectly escaped through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental, the most important thing last!!........ that's of course the hostess :-). Loredana!! She is a fantastic host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen... how confident and warm she reacted was already extraordinary ... Grazie Loredana

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

Mario is very nice and takes care of everything. We were allowed to harvest the remnants of summer from the vegetable garden. Orosei is a beautiful city and the beach is a 10-minute walk away.

We had a great time at Alma's house, a house full of beautiful details that recall the sea. It matches the photos and was very clean. There were two of us, but it is also very comfortable for four. Comfortable beds, scented towels, and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. The terrace is a dream and allows you to live outside, the garden is very well-kept with many flowers. The path to the beach is beautiful and you can go directly to the free beach, or a few steps away there is a lido with a great restaurant and friendly people. Barbara and her staff are very kind and made us feel welcome. Thanks again for everything.

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

We just had a great stay at Dominique's place. The house, within a serviced apartment, was a pleasant surprise, very clean, well-appointed and a nice view of the sea and the swimming pool. It provides all necessary amenities. On the residence itself we cannot be objective because having stayed at the end of October, nothing was open. Foxi manna beach is a 3kms drive away, one restaurant bar was still open. This is the closest beach to the residence with fine sand. We'd love to come back in high season. The place is located in a quiet area, with a pool and a cove 3 min walk. It has tennis courts, soccer, volleyball. It is necessary to hire linens and towels if they do not take them. Access is very good. There is a parking just alado but you have to move the luggage by hand about 50 meters since it is a pedestrian area and the car does not access the house. It has air conditioning, which is greatly appreciated. The water is not drinkable almost anywhere on the island, so you have to buy before you go. If no food is brought there is a bar right in the development for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But it is advisable to stop as you leave the airport at some supermarket. Anyway there are shops in urbanizations nearby within a 5 min drive. But you should look at the times because it closes at noon. There is a community pool with 3 other houses. Very quiet and relaxing.

Four of us enjoyed our family vacation. The pool and view were fantastic. In addition, we were able to use a tennis court and football field. Everything was available in the house and very comfortably furnished. A stone beach was within walking distance, but with small children, it was challenging to swim. For the nearest sandy beach we each took the car (5 minutes). This one was beautiful and practical. Check in and check out were very flexible and hassle-free. Gladly again, thank you for a pleasant stay.

Excellent stay for a very relaxing 11day holiday with 2 children. Place perfect for the children with additional amenities like night lights which was great. Pool shared with 4 other villas but only 1 other villa occupied and practically had to ourselves. The View from the garden and pool was stunning, better than the pictures! Very clean and comfortable villa with air con, great outdoor space, walking distance to the sandy beach (with children age 5 and 3 15-20mins). Beach was perfect for children. Rocky beach 5minutes from the villa but the sandy beach was much better. Fully equipped kitchen and excellent outdoor BBQ space (we bought our children’s plastic plates/cups after asking Valentina). Surprised no wifi available and the phone signal was quite intermittent. Valentina was very friendly, proactive, answered questions straight away and had great recommendations. A lovely place to stay.

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The owners were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for a rejuvenating holiday. We look forward to coming back! Such a beautiful location. We were met in person , and shown around the apartment. It was very comfortable, we were given welcoming drinks and cake. The best feature is the spacious balcony, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view. We would definitely recommend this apartment

We felt very comfortable and found everything. Salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, balsamic vinegar, all necessary appliances and plates and cutlery were available in variety. The toilet paper was also enough for the first few days. Clean and nicely decorated and communication with Doriana was great and the check in was easy! We expected the garden a little bigger from the pictures, but it was totally sufficient, as we were often on the beach, which is really just a stone's throw away and is really great. We found the location a little outside, you always have to drive some serpentines over the mountain for a while to be in a larger city or the larger road. Nevertheless, this has nothing to do with the accommodation itself, next time we might stay a few days shorter and book a second place on the west coast to have less driving time. We felt very comfortable at Gino's. The kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine is new and everything was really very clean. The insect screens were new and the shutters could darken the rooms well. We have rarely experienced this before! We The shower outside and the roof terrace are a dream. Life here is very quiet. The sea is close, although we liked Foxi Manna Beach better. Foxi Murgedu has a lot of seaweed at the moment - otherwise it's sure to be great. You can hike in the area! You have to take your own garbage to the disposal station, that's the way it is in this region, but it's also easy to do. Shopping before check-in makes sense, as you can buy few things directly on site. We were quickly helped with all concerns. We can only recommend the place. A cat lives at the house.

Christina’s villa by the beach in Costa Rei was an awesome place to stay. It was just steps away from a beautiful beach and the Ginepro Beach Club! There is a nice selection on restaurants and a grocery store just a few blocks up the hill. Costa Rei offers quick access to a wide selection of activities and destinations and of course uncrowded world class beaches and the beautiful sparkling clear Mediterranean sea!! We highly recommend Christina’s villa in Costa Rei Sardegna for your next relaxing beachside getaway.
