From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

In 10-15 minutes' walk you are in the city center and can inquire about all the sights at the tourist information office. Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

The entire old town and the harbor are within walking distance. You'll like our apartment because of the coziness, great location, and beautiful views. Our apartment is good for families and couples. If necessary, a second apartment next door can be booked.
