Beach Apartment 'RENCO' is situated in one of the beautiest parts of Adriatic coast, in little place named Sumpetar near Dugi Rat which is situated between two pearls of Middle Dalmatia, Split on west side and Omiš on the east side. This beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment is situated directly on the fabulous beach, a more perfect location is not possible. It is a very bright and airy comfortable apartment flooded with sunlight all day. The location and comfort of this apartment makes it a rarity.

Last minute! Villa for 6 with pool and Seaview!

If you are in the search for your perfect holiday location, search no more, you are on the right place. Our property consist of 3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons, big living room and dinning area with an fully equipped kitchen. Then you need just one step outside to enjoy wonderful seaview next to the pool. Behind the house we have nice kids playground and wonderful barbecue/dinning area. Maximum privacy but still close enough (1,5km) to all local attractions like beaches, bars and restaurants.

Wohnung mit Meerblick & Pool

Die Traditionelle-Villa liegt schön ca. 700 Meter vom Meer entfernt auf einem sehr schönen Berg mit grün und schönen Meerblick - der Aussenpool befindet sich hinter dem Dach auf dem Berghügel bietet somit viel Privatsphäre zwischen Dschungel und Meer Feeling eine Besonderheit. Alle 3. Apartments mit Einbauküche, Duschbad und Waschmaschine - die Sonnenterrasse im 1. Stock hat eine Außenküche. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist modern mit guten Betten. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus im Privaten Hof.

Hôte très accueillante et serviable le bien correspondait à nos attentes, emplacement calme et reposant les équipements (machine à grain, quelle bonne idée) ainsi que la qualité du mobilier sont très appréciable, besoin de se rafraîchir par une chaude journée : la piscine bien sûr et....la grotte sont un plus indéniable. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful, fully furnished apartment! Although it’s not located directly in Split, that actually turned out to be a huge plus — the beaches nearby were peaceful and virtually untouched by tourists, giving us a truly relaxing experience. Plus, everything was more affordable compared to the busy city. When we did want to visit Split, it was super easy to get there by the municipal bus, which took about 40 minutes. The bus stop was just a convenient 5-minute walk from the apartment. The highlight of our stay, though, was the amazing hosts — the sweetest couple you could ask for! They went above and beyond, even making us delicious pancakes and always being available to help with food recommendations and sightseeing tips. We absolutely recommend this place 1000%! If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with warm hospitality, this is it.

Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charme und der Ausblick von der Wohnung ist traumhaft.. Der Weg nach oben ist beim ersten Mal ungewohnt, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran. Es handelt sich auch um feste Wege. Anders als in der Beschreibung gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine und Föhns. Die Außenanlage rund um den Pool ist genial und alles auch windgeschützt. Was man evtl. noch wissen muss, ist das die beiden Schlafzimmer auf unterschiedlichen Etagen sind und voneinander getrennt. Man kommt nur über die Außentreppe hoch.

Doskonały widok z tarasu, cisza mimo świadomości tego, że za plecami rozchwytywana przez kierowców droga. Sklep po drugiej stronie ulicy to błogosławieństwo. A nad tym wszystkim niezwykle ciepła Gospodyni :) Świetne miejsce dla naszego pobytu - bo rzut beretem do Omiša, to też doskonały przystanek na drodze do Dubrovnika:) Bardzo polecamy :)

Wir haben 6 Tage zu 10. in der Villa verbracht und wir sind total begeistert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und geräumig und die Lage einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war einwandfrei und problemlos. Wir durften sogar 2 Stunden früher einchecken und durften am Abreisetag auch noch länger bleiben. Hervorzuheben ist tatsächlich auch der beheizte Pool, der im Mai goldwert war. Wir würden immer wieder kommen! :-)

Magnifique villa ! Aucun point négatif, tout était parfait ! Maison propre, confortable, cuisine ultra équipée, jacuzzi bien chaud, vue splendide… Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.
