Idyllisch, ruhig und ländlich liegt unser Hof in herrlicher Alleinlage im schönen Friesland. Die Wohnung für 2 Personen befindet sich im OG des Hofgebäudes mit direktem Zugang zum Pferdestall. Ihr wohnt nicht nur auf dem Hof, sondern direkt im Herzstück des Geschehens. Genießt das authentische Landleben. Die Nordsee ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und ist über schöne Radwege zu erreichen. Hier lebt ihr auf dem Hof mit Pferden, Kühen, Hunden, Hühnern, Gänsen und uns 2 Menschen :)

The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

Unsere kleine Ferienwohnung (25qm) bietet Platz für bis zu zwei Personen und liegt im Hintergebäude eines charimatischen Altbaus. "Lütt Uttied" ist zentral gelegen, die Innenstadt ist bequem fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäfte, aber dennoch herrlich ruhig . Für einen Abstecher an die Nordsee lohnt eine Radtour (ca. 15 km) durchs Hookstief in den kleinen Küstenort Hooksiel.

The vacation home is fully equipped and has a cozy courtyard. Two parking spaces are right outside the door. Linens and towels are included. Sights, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km away, perfect for exploring Friesland, East Friesland and the islands. Two e-bikes can be rented by arrangement.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
