Self-Contained Master Bedroom Suite w/ Spa Vibes

Enjoy this peaceful place ten minutes from the airport. We converted the bougie master bedroom into a separate unit with its own entrance, a queen sized bed, a twin futon, and luxury bathroom, with a deep dish tub. The ample walk in closet has a desk in case you need to work, as well as a mini-fridge, microwave, hot pot, and french press makings. The entrance is through my backyard that also hosts chickens and my friendly dog Dobby. My family and I live in the adjoining house but we are quiet.

This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!

The main level features a full kitchen, living & dining areas, a bathroom with walk in shower, bedroom with a king bed & a full size washer and dryer. The upper level has an additional bedroom with full size bed, & a sitting loft overlooking the main level. Occasional airplane noise. Come stay in our laid-back townhome next to Jewel Lake Park! Our location is close to dining, bowling, and groceries and it is just a 10 minute drive to the airport. Take a stroll on the winter trails connecting Jewel and Sand Lakes, or snuggle up by the fireplace. We make sure the property is comfortable because we stay here often when visiting family in Anchorage and just installed a 65" TV in the living room and king bed in the master bedroom.
