Pablo's place is right in the centre of Jimena. It was very easy to find, simple to get into, and a good price. If you want a place that is clean and functional with all the amenities that you need so that you can explore the local area, his place is ideal.

Inma's house is a real home. Some airbnbs are perfectly efficient and functional but Inma's place distinguishes itself by being a place you can call 'home'. We stayed three weeks and could have stayed much longer. We went there to walk and work. The walking around Jimena is excellent with plenty of trails to choose from. We also went to write and that was fine - the wifi is fast and reliable and there is a bureau / office to use as place to work. There are two patios and a large garden. It's a very well equipped house - everything you want in the kitchen, a cast iron stove which is cosy really warms the house, washing machine etc. Inma was always available to answer questions and help with advice. Jimena is a quiet, very pretty small town which is quite untouristed with some excellent bars and restaurants. We had a great time there. If you are spending time in Jimena, don't bother looking anywhere else.

A small oasis that Fiona has created. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying. Coincidentally, my boyfriend and I were on site with our two big dogs and we enjoyed it a lot. I think even with the other about 6 parties you have enjoyed it privately here. Quiet, cozy and away from the stress with Spanish serenity. Anytime again.

La Ermita del Consuelo was a real treat. Marvellous location overlooking the town of Jimena and the beautiful countryside. The house which formed part of a former Hermitage retains a lot of the original features such as a chapel and the patio/cloister. A modern amenity, not available to the nuns, is the outside pool set in a lovely terraced garden. Lots of space to lounge and relax after a plunge in the pool. Lovely fruit trees gave plenty of shade throughout the day. We communicated with Peter for some days before our trip so we could get everything right. He met us by the car, where he recommended we park, and took us to the house, helping with bags and all. A great host who is very proud of the Ermita, and rightly so. Will definitely be back. Thanks Peter, for a lovely stay.
