Awesome place and location!

We really enjoyed the size of the apartment and how well it was kept up. Marcela was very responsive. I just wish we had had more time to explore the neighborhood.

The house was clean and had enough to live a long season, if needed. It's not big, but it doesn't stay small either. The common areas were very well maintained, with explanations in all of them about the operation and the rules. The pool was bigger than it looks in the pictures. Some more sunbeds would be appreciated. The gym had a good variety. Nearby to the apartment there is a supermarket and some restaurants.

I recently had the pleasure of returning to this wonderful apartment in San José, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The location is unbeatable. It is close to my work. Additionally, it's conveniently situated with a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping options just a short walk away. The apartment itself is always impeccably clean and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I felt right at home during my stay. Moreover, the neighborhood is extremely safe, which adds an extra layer of peace of mind. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting San José. It has consistently provided me with a great experience, and I look forward to returning in the future!

We enjoyed our stay. Great views of the city and surrounding mountains. Many convenient stores in the area for quick shopping. Overall a good deal.

Lovely modern apartment. Great linens, clean, well laid out and appointed. The views were magnificent and the location close to museums, fabulous food and coffee. Also the amenities such as the gym were exceptional.

Everything was excellent. The place was impeccable, very comfortable and just like in the photos. We loved that the host left snacks and bottles of water, a great touch. Very good communication too. We would repeat without hesitation!

Great place to stay loved the hot tub and the view

April’s home was absolutely perfect for what me and my partner needed. We wanted a serene spa like experience without having to go to a lot of places. We had everything we needed on our 4 day stay. There were great fresh markets on the way so we stopped for food and never had to leave out once we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. April and Tony’s welcome was warm and friendly as well as their dogs Maisa and Graco. We live on the Caribbean side and wanted to spend time in the serene mountains for a cooler and relaxing experience. This will be our get away place when we need to take a break.

All three couples in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eugenia’s mountain home. We especially enjoyed eating meals on the deck off the kitchen and living room with its spectacular views of the opposite side of valley and surrounding trees frequently visited by many species of birds. The beds were all comfortable and we slept well. Finally, there is a wide variety of natural areas and attractions within 15-60’ drives.

Perfect home just as described. Super secure with all things needed for a relaxing stay. The host is super easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions. She was so kind.

Rober’s villa was absolutely gorgeous! Every space was tastefully decorated with beautiful art & sculpture. The enclosed patios lined with bouganvillia along with the comfort of lounging & dining indoors made the space truly feel like a Mediterranean getaway worlds away from the hustle & bustle of the surrounding town. Will be our new go to anytime we’re in the area!

Veronica's studio is nice and comfortable, I recommend it. Veronica is friendly and very quick to respond at all times.

Federico’s place is airy, light and comfortable. It has a wonderful spacious back patio where we spent time talking and lingering over meals. And Federico was very supportive and responsive

Great complex with awesome amenities

Beautiful place and great price. Would highly recommend if staying in San Jose area. Host is super responsive and helpful. Checkin and out directions are super clear and a private parking space is available.

All I can say is Karil is one of the nicest, most understanding people I’ve ever met in Costa Rica, and I’ve been down there fifteen times. His places are always exactly like are depicted in the pictures, always clean, everything you need to have a fantastic time. Located in a great district where great restaurants and grocery stores close by. If you have a problem, he’s always quick to respond. Five stars to his Airbnb’s. Thank you Karil, you are the best !

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The studio space is compact but has everything you need. It’s on the 28 floor with wonderful views over the city. The real beauty of the building though is the top floor (29) that has incredible shared amenity spaces. The coworking space is perfect. Very fast connection and lots of room to spread out, I’m an architect and had multiple monitors set up. The shared living room and other spaces were so relaxing. I felt like I was at home, but in a wonderfully luxurious space. The other residents were open and generous and quickly became friends who I will remain in contact with. I was sad to leave and will definitely be back.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, well appointed, very very clean and in a vibrant and walkable neighborhood. The host is kind and responds quickly.

It was everything my family needed to land in Costa Rica, have a place we could quickly get to from the airport, and get started with our adventure.
