Monthly Rentals in Jimtown

This beach house was perfect for our trip with two families. We had four toddlers and they enjoyed the play area outside. There’s plenty of space for everyone and child proof. The location is perfect for any beach goers or anyone who wants to check out the state park. The house was very clean. The only thing to note is that the neighbors have dogs that barked all night long so consider bringing a white noise machine.

Erin was so hospitable and friendly. I would 10/10 recommend a stay at her property. Nice surroundings, very clean house, perfect for a couple or small group. If I am ever back in the area I will certainly be staying here again!

We had a great time in Maria's place. The condo is exactly as described and is beautiful. Maria is an outstanding host, a great communicator and made us feel very welcome. She even offered an early check in and a late check out. Ten out of ten.
