It is a pretty house by the sea, an ocean front, and a nice sunrise and sunset. It is a private accommodation 5 minutes away from the sea, and it is an excellent place to spend time with your family. There is a separate bedroom on the first floor so that there is no inconvenience for more than two families. In the sea in front of the accommodation, you can enjoy marine sports such as windsurfing and fishing. You can enjoy meals and barbecue (available in winter) in the folding door area on the first floor. There is a hole-in-the-wall beach with a forest of solstice trees within a 5-10 minute walk. If the number of guests is 4 or less, this is a single-family home that uses 2 of 3 rooms to choose from. We are giving discount tickets to Mokpo Sea Cable Car to those staying. Estacion 1913 is a quality-certified accommodation by the Korea Tourism Organization. The overall interior is a clean background in white and mint with Botero's intense and humid paintings to add to the visual satisfaction of customers. There is a private bathroom, private air conditioner, hair dryer, wooden hanger and table in every room. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils and tableware for simple cooking, and we provide an American-style self-serve breakfast every morning, including bread and cereal, milk, eggs, butter, cake, coffee, and tea. In February 2022, we added a new jacuzzi to our existing hanok. We have prepared an open-air bath so that you can feel the mood, and we have added a hot water retainer so that you can use the bath even in the middle of winter without getting cold. The exterior looks like the old country house, but it is configured so that you do not feel any major inconvenience inside. It's a space that only one team of booked guests can use, so it would be nice if you could take a break and come back. Nearby, Songhyeon Bulgogi starring King Samdaecheon is 3 minutes away by car, and 5 minutes away by car. There is a downtown and a bear market, so there will be no major inconvenience when eating or shopping. This is a place where me and the kids are together. Because of this, please do not smoke outside of our accommodation.
